History
Established in 2006.
Paladin Enterprises was founded in 2006 to supply Orange County Public Schools with premium compatible printer cartridges. The business quickly spread to local businesses in Orlando.
In 2008, the name was changed to Paladin Tech & Game, and a retail game store was opened in Downtown Avalon Park. The owner, Kingsley Montgomery, was a life-long tabletop gamer with professional experience in the game design field, and a few games and supplements under his belt. With no other traditional game stores for a dozen miles, Paladin quickly became a community center for the tabletop game community in east Orlando.

Kingsley M.
Business Owner
Kingsley grew up playing with lightsabers and tribbles, and has always been a gamer at heart, having been introduced to it in 1979 at the tender age of 11, with the original edition of Dungeons & Dragons (back when it was NOT cool to be a gamer).
In high school, Kingsley created Lords of Destiny with the help of his long-standing game group, a fantasy RPG that was more realistic than D&D but just as mechanically sound and fun to play. His group played the game for a couple years before going off to different colleges. When video games came along, he avidly embraced them, though he continued to play tabletop games as well.
While going through the Electrical Engineering Program at Virginia Tech, Kingsley wrote two modules for Chaosium’s Stormbringer RPG, then went through many years of working in the Military Simulation and Game Development worlds. Kingsley is the author of Scion of the Dark Moon, a fantasy novel. He now teaches game design at Full Sail University.
