The company, owned by Carol and Tony Marino has enjoyed a strong presence in the Florida market since 2007. Tony and Carol Marino launched the first Real Living office in Central Florida. Tony and Carol are long-​time Florida residents and real estate professionals. They have been serving Floridians for over 15 years. The couple has fostered success based upon the core values of family, innovation and results. Carol has been the sales manager at Real Living RES since January 2011. The Marino’s are thrilled to see the brand settle in Doctor Phillips, but, together with their real estate associates, cover all of Central Florida, Orlando, Lake Nona, Windermere, Winter Garden, Celebration, Clermont, Oviedo, Winter Springs, Kissimmee and Davenport

Tony and Carol Marino opened Real Living Real Estate Solutions which was the First «Real Living» Franchise in Central Florida in 2007.

Tony and Carol have been serving the public for 25 years. Each has won many awards and distinctions in their Real Estate Career… Carol started with US Home in 1998 and convinced Tony to start in general real estate in 2001. Tony has been Recognized by «Orlando Magazine» as one of Central Florida’s «Hot 100 Real Estate Professionals in Central Florida» and is also a Five Star Award Winner. Their Performance and Customer Satisfaction continues to earn them high honors.
