The Kandi Kloud

Use this vendor with extreme caution! I hired the owner, of Kandi Kloud who goes by the name of Dani, for my daughter’s birthday party. I paid her up front $ 324 for decorations, she was pleasant and professional when I first contacted her. The day of the party she called saying that her car had broken down and was trying to figure out how she could make it to fulfill her obligation. Long story short, my husband picked her up and upon arrival she stated that the helium tank to blow up the balloons had broken too! T he table she had decorated was also a disappointment as a 10 years old could have done better especially considering the amount of money she was given. The day of the party she guaranteed that she would return my money for everything that she was not able to fulfill/​delivery, 60% of the decorations and would give a gift certificate as an apology for all the inconveniences on my daughters special day. Well there was no surprise when conveniently her credit card system broke down and she was unable to do so. It seems that «everything «she had promised she was unable to delivery. She had said she would have to fix her system to return my $ 200 so she did send a gift card for SHOPIFY, a website to sell the junk that you have at your house and don’t want it, a buy used merchandise… Really? Unacceptable! It has been 60 days later and still has failed to do what she promised to do. I felt it was important that everyone know my experience so this does not happen to you! mistakes happen, yes, however mistakes mixed with dishonesty do not deserve to prosper or be apart of anyone’s special event.
