I used to come here all the time when they opened and recently I haven’t because I always get bad service. Yesterday I thought I would give this place another chance. When I sat down the lady didn’t even ask me what kind of pedicure I wanted and I wanted to get the milk and honey one. I was like whatever at first and then she clipped my toes so short and I didn’t want them cut, usually they ask if you want them cut. I will never come back to this place again.

Came to this salon after seeing the mostly positive reviews as I am from out of town. There was also an offer for one free french tip on Unilocal that was valid upon check in. Some clients mentioned the place was really clean, but the tools used do not come in the sterile packets and the filer and buffer are not single client use. The person who did my service was quite abrasive and was not very receptive to the few minor requests I had (forget about corrections). This got worse through the mani and pedi. Finally, at the end of the service, the Unilocal offer was not honored. In sum, I guess for a $ 35 mani pedi it’s an okay place to get your nails done if you’re from out of town and in a pinch. If you want good customer service, I would not come here.

Their selection of colors are limited, the atmosphere is just okay, but feels very clean. My manicurist was great and I definitely loved the prices and super massage chair. They did a great job on my toes.

Exactly what I needed after a long day and week of business travel! Thanks to Janna for the SUPER-​AWESOME massage and French pedicure! Plus, they have the best massage chairs I’ve ever had the pleasure of using. I highly recommend the milk and honey pedi. If I’d had more time, I would have gotten a mani and massage, too.

My friend and I decided to get mani/​pedis on a rainy Sunday. She had suggested this place. We walked in and they barely had any one working so we were told it would be at least a 30 minute wait as they were trying to get someone else to come in and work. We decided to wait and give them a chance. While waiting, more people came in and were told to wait. Finally the new tech came in asked what we were there for and then went on talking with the receptionist. I was then told to pick a polish color and then the woman would be with my friend right away. A few minutes later we see that she takes one of the girls that came in after us and starts working on her nails. We weren’t staying after that and headed over to a much nicer and better priced place on Turkey Lake. I will never go back here, horrible customer service.

Friendly service, efficient and took the time to make my nails look great! Thanks for a great manicure! Make sure you make an appointment with them because they do get busy with all of the locals. It is clean and the service they provide is great.

A man’s gotta do right by himself. A man can clip his own nails, push his cuticles back and massage his own feet because he must. Then there are times when he has to call in for help because he must. Trusting your feet and hands over to someone to do that service isn’t easy. You know how independent we men are. But when it’s done with precision, with care, and an incredibly satisfying feeling of your needs being met, you found someplace special. I submit that Spa Nails and Beyond does the best nail care for men anywhere between Universal Studios and Sea World. Your trust in these ladies taking care of your tired, sore feet and hands will be rewarded and relieved.

This place has AMAZING service! They’re friendly and they make it an enjoyable experience. I have been here many times for a variety of things. They have awesome pedicures with the most fantastic chairs. They also do a great full acrylic set as well as fills. However, I went in for the NexGen and was very disappointed. They claim to carry the NexGen but had a very limited variety of colors. She also used a uv light and removed the old set with acetone. It was very bizarre but I figured I’d give it a shot. It’s been one week and they have chipped and cracked. It looks awful. I recommend this place for pedicures and manicures but not for GelPowder.

First time I’ve written a review. Victoria is the new girl. Got a full set of pink & white (seashell). She did not rush, was a perfectionist & used the drill sparingly. She did a very good consultation & delivered beautifully. Perfect length, not too thick. She takes longer than 40 minutes but worth it! Give her a try. She is also a great nail artist with gems & intricate designs.

Best pedi and mani ever. The chair is so comfortable and the service is great with variety of types and color. I got the Shellac manicure so many times and love it everytime, doesnt matter who do it last really long and always shiny. Not sure why some reviews are so negative. Me and my boyfriend are their regulars and we enjoy it everytime. They have pretty cool designs also :)

Worst customer service ever!!! I came here to do shellac which is supposed to last at least 2 weeks. In less than a week they were chipping, I went back to show them and they wanted to fix 1 nail only. Seriously! I payed $ 30 for a good polish and you want to fix just one nail? Then she said it has to be same nail color! Like who cares what color I choose, if your product didn’t live up to standards as a customer I should be granted a color change of my choice. Then they say its MY NAILS that are weak!!! They could careless about customer service. I left immediately after blowing up and will never go back. Don’t waste your time here, I do better better pedi/​mani at home!!!

Best pedicure I’ve had in a long time. Chairs are utterly amazing. They have a variety of pedicures to choose from. Green tea, honey and milk, hot stone… I personally went with the deluxe spa and it was worth it. Not sure why the other review were so average. Happy I went in.

Worst pedicure I’ve had in a long time.
The massage was so gentle– barely touched me (even though I asked her to massage better), my nails came out crooked, nail polish was left all over my skin… Have to redo some of my nails at home ’cause they look THAT bad…
Every thing I asked her to do different so it would come out to be somewhat decent, she smiled and said yes but didn’t actually do…
Absolute waist of time and money coming here!

Most Excellent! The prices are fair and the service was great. There is a nice atmosphere with dimmed lights that feels more like a spa and less like a typical nail salon. My friend got a french tip that was impeccable and still looks great days later. I had a pedicure and the chairs are fantastic! They also treat you to a special foot scrub with natural ingredients.
Traveling on vacation, but wish this place was close to home. This would be my go-​to place! The local hotels should recommend!
