Established in 2015.

Opened in 2015 by Award-​Winning former Seattle Bakery owner. Skilled in custom and 3D carved cakes, delicious and flavorful from-​scratch cupcakes, as well as gluten-​free and vegan desserts.

Business Owner

Melissa is the Owner and Pastry Chef of Sugar Loft Bake Shop. Melissa opened the bakery because she lives and breathes baking. If you look up «baker» in the dictionary, the definition says «Melissa»…no? Ok, but it might as well! Melissa is also prone to utter silliness and occasional bouts of joyful tears. :)
