Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt

I frequent this Location on a regular basis and it is always a hit and miss with the yogurt but because it is a local business we continue to support. I will never return after my experience today. I served myself the Nutella frozen yogurt and PAID for the product when I tasted it it was horrible completely watered down. I know it was not only me because my two co workers picked the same flavor and they had the same opinion. When I approached the employee tending to the cashier he said quote «Well this is our yogurt and that’s how it taste and I’ve had 3 people complain this week and you are just trying to get something for free». He was not only incredible rude but he also admitted to having other customer complain about the quality of the yogurt. I will be contacting corporate and the filing a BB complaint. The location is the one in Orlando Florida by the Millenia Mall. I am also expecting and simply wanted some yogurt I didn’t not need to be subjected to rudeness. Completely disappointed.

I love this place. Not only is the yogurt fresh and delicious, the establishment is kept immaculate! It’s so much fun to try the flavors and see what’s new. They are always creating new and unique flavors without any artificial ingredients. Plus it’s good for you! Can’t wait to go back again. Keep up the awesome work!!!

I was not impressed by Tutti Frutti. I grew up in Los Angeles, which might just be the land of frozen yogurt. My dad fell in love in the 80s when it was big and my whole life was spent going out for frozen yogurt. Because of this, I have fairly high expectations when it comes to froyo. I loved several mom and pop places growing up, had a huge addiction to Pinkberry for a while, and am a fan of Menchies. I knew that Tutti Frutti wasn’t very well liked in any location, but it’s significantly closer than Menchies so my roommates and I decided to go one evening. We were all disappointed. When you walk in they ask if you’ve been there before, and we made the mistake of saying no. We were then given a tour of the small store, which I really think we could have done without. None of the flavors were very good and the toppings ‘bar’ was disastrous. It’s horribly laid out so you can’t have multiple people there getting toppings. Almost everything that I put on my froyo was stale. I will not be returning, I’ll just go ahead and drive to Dr. Phillips any time that I want froyo. Do yourself a favor, don’t settle for this crap.

Went here last weekend and it was a huge disappointment. There were not many flavors available to choose from or toppings. Not sure if that is normal for this locations or not.

I went in today with my two daughters a 3 and 5 year old, I have never been to this place as this was the first
kids didn’t like the chocolate and vanilla because it was too tart so I poured it inside the little buckets not knowing I wasn’t suppose to, the manager on duty asked who did this and I answered it was me, was I not suppose to? She answered in a rude way no that is waste. i apologize and she said you need to keep a eye on your kids because they don’t know anything. first off my kids can’t even reach the machines if she paid attention to that. The whole time she was rude asking the employees why didn’t she give us taste
one even tried to help us. and not to mention as I was paying she had the cashier check my two twenty dollar bills as if they was fake, this made me very upset and I almost walked out but I paid because my kids wanted the yogurt, I dislike the fact I was treated like a non paying customer and I’m the type who always tip.

Waste of calories!
Not very good yogurt and the candy was stale.
I’d recommend not coming to this place if u actually want a good yogurt.

OK… Im a little picky about frozen yogurt shop… but i believe I will return to this one. They had a good variety of different yogurts as well as toppings. Not a lot of fruit… more cookies and candy which isnt bad if you like that sort of thing… The amount of fruit they did have looked fresh and the place was clean which is a task when dealing with messy yogurt customers…

I absolutely enjoy coming to tutti frutti whenever I am in the area. I have a bit of a sweet tooth, so when I am next door at the nail salon or at the mall and we have these crazy florida heat, tutti frutti is my favorite.
One thing that stands out the most to me is the cleanliness and the selection of toppings! The décor is pretty cool, but its also so clean. Love it!

Love this place! Everything is always fresh and the employees are very friendly. I also went to their anniversary event this year and was blown away at their efforts to bring people to their shop and just enjoy a tasty treat with their friends and loved ones. Also, they have really unique flavors and also cater to dogs! (they have froyo for dogs)

This is my favorite frozen yogurt place because they have my favorite flavor. Taro! I love taro! I traveled to China a few years ago where I discovered taro, which I just think is the most wonderful flavor ever, and Tutti Frutti has had taro yogurt every time I’ve gone.
That being said they also have other unique flavors that I haven’t seen as some of the other yogurt stores. I tried acai this past time and it was also quite good.
Tutti frutti also carries macaroons, which according to one store clerk they import from France. I don’t know if that is true, but they are delicious.

It was hot today and I thought some yogurt would be refreshing. I was surprised when I went to get my favorite Cake batter yogurt and found a roach crawling on the machine. … no thanks. I like my yogurt roach — free. Menchi’s I love you.

My 10 year old daughter and I have visited this Tutti Frutti location about 3 times over the last 6 months. Today she and I decided to meet a friend of mine there for yogurt and conversation. I came in with a couple of binders and a large handbag. As I am 8.5 months pregnant it is not out of the ordinary to sit my belongings at a table where we intend to sit once we choose yogurt and check out. Today, a group of women decided to move our belongings as we checked out. We informed the cashier and store owner as we did not understand why this group chose to sit where we were clearly intending to sit. We were essentially told that it was just a table so choose alternate seating. Because of the rude and dismissive manner in which we were spoken to my friend and I decided to leave. I was denied a refund and the cashier stated that he was not going to refund my order over seating. I have never been treated so poorly. To add insult to injury the female owvner followed us outside and yelled in front of my daughter that there are no reserved tables. My friend attempted to explain that it was not about the tables, it was about the way we were treated. We were treated as if we were not paying customers. The funny part is something told me to leave earlier because we sampled a couple of flavors prior to choosing final orders and the yogurt was not fresh and much of it was tart. I am blown that we decided to leave quietly and were still accosted loudly outside by the female owner/​manager. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on service alone. The only reason we ever started going there is because Pinkberry closed.
Also, I did not want to pull the race card but today’s events were clear. The ladies who moved our belongings and sat down at the table we chose were of middle eastern background just like the rude manager and cashier. Had we (black women) moved their belongings or claimed the table they chose I am sure we would have been asked to leave or move. It was embarrassing. The manager even stated «it’s just a table.» If that is the case then why couldn’t that group of women be placed in the same corner they wanted us to move to? Then to be denied a refund (which I will be disputing with the credit card company) was equally disrespectful.
Update: As for the comment below from the owner, he was not present. The manager DID NOT come out to apologize she came out and immediately became confrontational. One of her remarks was «who would just leave their bag lying around?» in a condescending manner. Do you want to know who would? A person who has been to the restaurant on previous occasions and felt comfortable enough to do so. It was in plain sight of the register. What person would move a bag so that they can sit down rather than going to a seat that doesn’t contain a bag already? Also, please address the «no refund» policy that is not stated anywhere? Why would the cashier refuse to refund my purchase AND rudely motion for the next person in line? Another family offered their seats because they witnessed what occurred and found it to be WRONG. I was also told by the young woman that moved (she went to sit outside) that she saw THE MANAGER MOVE MY HANDBAG. Your establishment is small therefore the courteous thing to do would be to give it to me or say «hey you can’t reserve a table can you claim your belongings?» The bottom-​line is, she and the cashier were VERY rude and dismissive, I want my $ 12 refunded to my credit card and I will not be returning. You cannot force me to remain in a place that I no longer feel comfortable. Again, if a table is «just a table» then why were we moved and not the other group? We can go back and forth on the issues all day. My conclusion is, I could excuse the not so great yogurt IF the service were better.

We love coming here for great tasting yogurt. They have a great selection. The staff is aways helpful and cheerful

TCBY opened the first frozen yogurt shop in 1981 and it was years ahead of its time. In the last few years, ice cream shops are closing up as Fro-​Yo is taking over. There are a number of national chains including Red Mango, Pinkberry and Sweet Frog. It seems there is a Fro-​Yo shop on every corner in every town across the U.S.A. We were recently in the Mall of Millenia area and decided to stop and get a cold creamy dessert.
Now I have been in enough of these yogurt shops to have learned they are all the same. The only exception being Red Mango which is still to this day making frozen yogurt without high fructose corn syrup and artificial sweeteners. I’ve yet to see any of the other chains make such a claim.
Tutti Frutti was clean and spacious. There was a nice selection of flavors including one dairy free option. I understand that the flavors rotate daily and on this particular day there were no sugar-​free choices.
The toppings were pretty typical along the lines of a frozen yogurt shop. There is a large selection of candies, fruits and sauces.
One thing I have never seen before in one of these places was the mini cupcakes. Cute idea.
Chad loaded up his yogurt with cookie dough balls, chocolate chips and heath bar crumbles.
I was really craving a shake so after I made my concoction I was able to have the girl behind the counter blend it. I went for the cheesecake yogurt with chocolate chips and a peanut butter sauce. The ability to blend was a nice touch for the chain, but in this particular store, the blender is actually in the back of the store, out of my view. Not that it’s a big deal but I don’t really like that. Not that I thought the employee would do anything to my yogurt, but because I felt like I was bothering her. If you offer blended shakes why not keep the blender out front? It’s like they don’t want anyone to know it’s an option.
We liked Tutti Frutti as much as any of the other yogurt places we have been to. Like I said though, we would go out of our way to find a Red Mango if we were purposefully trying to find a place for frozen yogurt.

If you are into froyo this is a nice place to go. The frozen yogurts they have here are nice and tasty, what you would expect form most froyo places. This place also has a lot of toppings you can put on your froyo, from dry toppings to fresh topping. They only have one size container here, so if you have a habit of filling your thing up to the max, this place might be a little costly for you. haha
Nice and neat place here. Good amount of seating area for a group of friends and they keep this place pretty clean. I couldn’t help but feel that the workers were a little awkward though, I don’t know why, just a feeling I guess. The price here is a little high for froyo, maybe because its right next to the mall, but still if you want froyo, you want froyo, and a couple extra cents per oz is not gonna keep most people away.
Plus there isn’t that many froyo places around here, so all in all this is a nice place to go and was pretty tasty. I would come back here if I was in the mood for froyo.

Décor is bright and colorful! Lots of flavors and toppings. More gluttonous version of Pinkberry but I love it anyways. Convenient in the summer to pop in for some Froyo. Favorite flavor is Nutella. Wifi password is «TFmillenia»

No need to navigate the interior walls of the mall for this place. Conveniently located just outside the mall on the circumference road.
The yogurt is fresh and the treats are plentiful.

Not a great experience at this fro-​yo shop.
The color scheme and burnt out lights lent to the air of despair that I felt as I walked in… Although we were greeted perkily by a counter person, his spiel was so fast it was barely understood. I looked in vain for some sample cups, but there were none to be found. The flavors looked interesting enough, but I’m not about to have a serving of «Naughty Girl» without trying it first… I mean, really? Who names a flavor «Naughty Girl» without providing a description of what it’s supposed to taste like.
The toppings, in a lazy susan type carousel, had odd offerings like whole Fig Newtons. There were pump bottles of Ghirardelli syrups available, but none were the heated type, like hot fudge or caramel.
I know this place got rave reviews, but to me it was a no-​go. I looked at my boyfriend and told him to take me to the nearest known fro-​yo place!

Ohhhhh Tutti Frutti. I’ve been here way more times than my single check-​in alludes too. The flavors here are so good (try the no sugar added strawberry!), kosher, and have no artificial sweeteners or other artificial ingredients. The dulce de leche and coffee flavors are also totally delish, especially when in the same cup!
The topping selection is also awesome, especially the strawberry boba (with graham crumbs on the strawberry yogurt… killer, I’m telling you!). If you haven’t been to this yogurt place yet, make sure to check it out in the back of the Millenia plaza (near Planet Smoothie).
