This is unfortunately the first time I’ve had to post a bad review. I waited to place an order for several minutes earlier this evening and was both flat out ignored and never helped by the person working in the truck. I have a very hard time figuring out why a business shows up to offer its wares at Redlight Redlight when they have such little regard for their prospective customers. After waiting for 10+ minutes, I left(the only person waiting to place an order, mind you) … hungry, disappointed and more than a little confused. At the very least I’ll know not to waste my time trying to do similarly in the future.

I got the volcano roll for the first time here. It was pretty good and filling. The flavor got a little eh the more I ate however. I also waited for like 15 minutes on it which I didn’t mind since it was pretty busy. I also wish they didn’t run out of their most popular dishes so I could have tried them.

Business isn’t even here? No phone number to call? Drove around the area where maps says to go and this business isn’t there. I see this is a food truck but no info on when they are there.

Every time I go to Tasty Tuesdays in the Milk District I am so overwhelmed, but in a good food lovin’ kind of way. I saw a guy walking around with an 6 inch high colorful, high-end dish that looked like it should be long white plate not at a food truck rally! I immediately asked what it was and where this came from and was pointed to the Sushi Seoul truck. I ordered the Avocado Stack which is a plentiful pile of white rice, ‘krab’ meat and good portion of fresh avocado and a fried wonton on top. Not the easiest thing to eat while walking around by any means but I made the mess of it… I mean best of it. :) I would like to try some of their other sushi dishes, soups, etc. the next time they are out there. Bottom line, don’t knock food truck sushi… it beats more than half of the sushi I’ve had at brick & mortar restaurants.

I love them! Not only is this the best food truck in all of Central Florida(and probably the world) but they are my #2(after Kappo) favorite sushi place. If anyone asks me for a great sushi spot in Orlando, I always say Sushi & Seoul. Then I always get«Fish from a food truck? I don’t think so…». I then stop being friends with that person because I don’t need that kind of negativity in my life. Nah, I’m joking, I then tell them the gospel of great sushi from a food truck. However, after my speech on the sushi, I will say that I barely order sushi from them anymore. Not because it’s bad but because I discovered their ramen soup. And now I can’t order anything but that. Seriously, it’s not your college crappy ramen noodle soup. It’s like real Japanese ramen. It is the best place to get ramen noodles in Orlando. I know this because I have literally tried all the spots I could find in Orlando for ramen. I have been to Sapporo Ramen, Cask & Larder’s ramen night, Sushi Lola and Kabooki Sushi. Their regular truck ramen is superb. But they also make special ramen noodle soups that are to die for. I want to emphasize how amazing the pork in their truck ramen is. It is so tender, so juicy, so flavorful. I’m Cuban, so I know pork. And I’m telling you, that pork is the best pork that I have ever had. Their broth is also excellent, which is what will make or break a ramen soup. They definitely work hard to make it and it shows.

Holy amazing! This was by far one of the best sushi experiences ever. Everything was super fresh and delish. The truck was outside Imperial bar a couple weeks ago. We tried to get a second round of food but they we’re shutting down. Will have to find them again soon! Highly recommend!

Best food truck in town! They are the only reason I started eating sushi to begin with! The staff is always amazing. Try to get there before the rush or you’ll have to wait a while for your food because this amazing truck gets slammed! EVERYTHING is fresh to order and already the freshest ingredients… so it’s worth the wait! The Ring of Fire and the Florida rolls are our favorite.

Sushi. on a food truck?! Yep its true! I won’t lie. I am a bit wary when it comes to consuming raw food from an establishment on wheels, but it didn’t disappoint. I placed an order of Avocado Fries, the Avocado Tower and the Ring of Fire Roll. The avocado fries came with 3 different sauces. You can try each one, or try all 3 in one shot! I do have thing for avocado, but like most things. its better when its fried. The avocado tower, is pretty massive. Its pretty much one giant sushi roll with everything stacked together like a tartare. I must admit, this was a little difficult to eat, when table space is limited but good nonetheless. If you weren’t stuffed yet, the fire roll will definitely lead you to a food coma. Similar to a volcano roll, this has ample amounts of krab meat on top and a nice fiery kick, but not too damaging. Service was pretty quick. I caught these guys at the Milk District on Tuesday, but I’m sure you can spot them all over town at other food truck events!

This was my first food truck experience ever so I was happy that it turned out to be a very good one. I missed out on the avocado fries. This is what I get for not checking them out on Unilocal first. A friend told me about this fabulous sushi food truck that hangs out at the Imperial on Friday nights and we were in the area so it was a no-brainer. I’m not a sushi connoisseur by any means, but I have consumed lots of it and have been all over Orlando trying different sushi places. We had the Pork Potstickers, the famous Volcano Roll, The Ring of Fire Roll and a Philadelphia Roll. Their Pork Potstickers are pretty standard, nothing to write home about, but tasty nonetheless. There is a reason the Volcano Roll is famous. It was probably the best roll out of the three. I don’t typically see(or taste) goat cheese in sushi, but it works well here. Their spicy krab salad topped both the Volcano and Ring of Fire Rolls so it’s a good thing it was marvelous. I was able to cool down those spicy rolls with the Philly. At every sushi restaurant I order their Philly Roll. I use that roll to judge the quality of fish and taste of the sushi rice. Without any sauces to cover the true taste of the fish I could tell their salmon was good stuff. The rice was a little too vinegary for my taste. That coupled with the regular soy sauce(I prefer the low sodium variety) is what kept this from being a 5-star review. I will definitely come back to try avocado fries and if I have any more tasty rolls, I may just change my mind about that last star.

Ohmygosh! The avocado fries are to die for! I highly recommend them. Love the people who work on this truck, too. They’re super friendly and provide great service with a smile. Had a Florida roll and the rice was perfect for sushi. That’s the sign of some great product!

Get ready for avocado fries. Because as soon as you try these glorious pieces of heaven you will crave them for life. Warning: They will begin to consume your life. Your dreams will never again conclude without a green, fried delight in your mouth… I feel like that came out creepy… I’ve made a point to ask for the sushi and other dishes without the sriracha because I’m a wus but have been told by my friends that I’m not only a wus, but also a fool. Apparently everyone can handle the heat except for me… This truck is awesome and always happens to be outside my favorite local spots(The Thirsty Topher, Imperial, and Tasty Tuesdays in the Milk District) and that is really one of the main points of food trucks in my opinion. I’m not a fan of the big food truck rallies in random mall parking lots as I prefer food trucks outside of the places I frequent that don’t offer food. I love me some late night eats, and these guys have it down! I’m a fan!

So far everything I have had off their menu is delicious. If you’re a sushi fan there is no reason to not try them out. Even if you aren’t they have a diverse menu to satisfy non-sushi lovers as well so don’t worry. They have you covered as well.
