History

Established in 2006.

Vital Flair began as a Corporate Catering Specialists. Throughout the years we have established ourselves as full service caterers providing themed events, social gatherings and weddings. We have went from not just offering corporate drop-​off service but to plated dinners with full bar services.

Meet the Business Owner

Pam D.

Business Owner

Pam, the owner is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University and has lived and worked in the Orlando area for 20 years. Her experience include Specialty Restaurant Chef for the Renaissance Orlando Resort, where she was part of the culinary team that won a gold medal in the 1998 Culinary Super Challenge Cook-​off at the Florida Restaurant Show. A Chef Instructor at a local culinary school. The Food & Beverage Director/​Executive Chef at Shades of Green on WDW Resort. She oversaw the expansion and re-​opening of a 586 room resort with 3 restaurants, room service and a new 500 seat banquet facility. In 2006 established Vital Flair and has been successfully catering to local clientele, continuing to create unforgettable events.
