History

Established in 2002.

Since 2002, Greater Puget Sound Home Inspection Service, Inc., aka, GPSHIS, Inc., has been providing «extremely thorough» Home Inspections to Homebuyers around the Sound. GPSHIS, Inc., is a one person, Owner/​Operator business, not a franchise. I’ve also been called upon several times throughout the years by Sellers of homes I’ve inspected for the Buyers of those homes, due to my diligence and thoroughness. The time it takes to perform a thorough home inspection varies, most average 4+ hours, it’s not because I’m slow, it’s because I’m thorough !
