Update… I have reported him to the Better Business Bureau. This man should not be allowed to take people’s money and not complete the job.
2nd update — he has not replied to two notifications from the BBB. He has 5 complaints against him and an «F «rating from them. I have found out that he has scammed many more people.

Wade Oxley of Howard Appliance Expert took money for an entire job he never completed. I would run not walk from these guys if you are looking for help with appliance repairs. I am out $ 165 with no results.
They have not responded to BBB or Consumer reports-​next step small claims. What a hassle.

I would recommend Wade at HAE to anyone who needs a professional, courteous and knowledgeable appliance repairman. He really knows his business and takes pride in his work. An invaluable combination in my eyes.
