Went her with some girls for a spa party type of thing. We all got trial procedures on our face. We could pick from four different treatments. We didn’t know what the treatments were and needed explanations. Lady at front desk(on a Saturday) was totally rude! Told us to actually read the paper in front of us. She didn’t crack a smile the entire time We were there. Only good part about this place, was the lady who actually did my silk peel. She was sweet! This place needs to brush up on customer service, or at least get rid of chick working the front. Not friendly or inviting. Would never ever spend my money on an expensive procedure there, when the manager working the front is totally out of line and rude! Will not be back.

I’ve had multiple services at American Laser Skincare and very pleased with my results. I had Juvéderm filler to soften the marionette lines in my face which made a remarkable difference and made me look more youthful. I’m undergoing treatment for laser hair removal and very pleased with my results. Just started treatment with silk peel which has really made a difference in the fine lines in my face and improved the texture of my skin. The staff is amazing and makes me feel extremely comfortable and are very friendly. Their hours are very accommodating to my schedule. I would recommend American laser skincare services

I had been notified, I won a $ 400.00 discount, and I made the appointment. Having no problems whatsoever finding the location,(I do site visits for work around the area), I drove all the way there. It is little, and sits kind of hidden by some place with buffalo something. I’m not easily gullible, especially with the Unilocal ap on my Mytouch, with reviews available while waiting. And waiting I did, while I watched gorgeous women not needing their lips done, or stretch marks removed, be called for their appointments… all the time reading the two reviews, which gave me a shield. The waiting room is comfortable, with information regarding Latisse and botox, the colors are neutral. She called my name, and I followed her to a room. In my mind, I only wanted my eyebrows done, to never ever have to wax them again. I had just had them waxed, once again a week ago. I kept it up front that I had $ 400.00 credit. The conversation went like this: «What do you use for your face?» Me: ‘Neutrogena Clinical both day and night.“ Long awkward pause. «Oh, then what do you use for your eye area?» Me: «Elysee microfirming with caffeine and salsate acid. Day and Night.» Well, that moved the conversation on. I reminded her about the $ 400.00 credit, and reminded her I just wanted my eyebrows done. I explained to her that I had tattoos on my calves, and they can’t laser on them. Which is kind of true, I have one, and am getting another. She then suggested my underarm area. I thought, maybe, but held strong on my eyebrows. The Brazilian was discussed, or bikini line. «I just don’t want my eyebrows waxed any more.» We did get a bit personal about the Brazilian, which I considered, but I want to be able to sit down for the next 6 weeks, and it is painful. Plus, I can’t see them using a laser down THERE, with everything for show? I said, «I take care of that myself, I’m a lady.» And she tried to talk me into it, again, which irritated me. At this moment, to teach her a lesson, I should’ve gotten up and left, but I wanted my eyebrows done. I’m not taking my pants off for them, and I have a big mouth when irritated that makes people shut up. I got blunt, said something about shaving it. I think I embarrassed her. Me being a lady had completely left the room. Haha, it happens. She laughed, and tried to sell Latisse. I said, «I’ve horded Latisse, and own 4 bottles of it. I don’t need Latisse. Eventually my eye lashes will be touching my glass rims, and my upper lids. I want my eyebrows lasered.» Irritated by then. didn’t sign anything, or promise anything. It takes 6 visits, she said. No explaining side effects, no explaining scarring. Terrible entrance interview. I think the $ 400 credit is crap. l questioned them doing my eyebrows so soon after the wax. These people must be put in their place when you sit down. Though I made the appointment, I’m canceling it cause the whole thing pissed me off.

The ladies at American Laser Centers are so friendly! Every time I show up for an appointment, they always have smiles on their faces. They have even gone out of their way to fit me in when I have shown up with out an appointment. I am very happy with my results!

As Sarah, I got scammed with the you got $ off credit also. Only I actually got the procedure(underarms) and got my roomie to get a procedure(lower legs) also(% off mine, keep all paperwork). This was three years ago and yesterday was finally my last treatment. It’s a long process and a pain dealing with this company. When I started I picked paying my procedure in 4 payments of every other month and so did my roomie. I knew she hated shaving her legs so I got her in because they gave me a paper saying % off one of my payments. Later they try to say no that % was for my next procedure I would want to do. Oh yea, I had saved that paper and got my % off. We have had to fight many different issues with this place. It’s not worth it. Although, it’s my final treatment without having to pay extra(each procedure gets a certain amount of treatments then a 2yr of extra treatments if needed for guarantee stopping growth). I still have some growth. Now it’s $ 50 /treatment visit now that my contract has expired. People of any color in their skin, DONOTGO!!! One of the issues was them continually changing the programing on the machines and I was stuck with the lesser older machine. Roomie had better success. Unless she went out in the sun and the machines would read too much color and she would have to reschedule. Also, she had a tattoo on her ankle and they can not laser on tattoos. So it is still the one place she still has to shave. When I first started they had Saturday appointments available. That stopped early on. I was told of there being a doctor somewhere. In all three years I have never meet this person. To talk to a nurse I had to email a nasty letter and get a call back for the machine issue. Forget trying to keep track of an employee there. I think McDonald’s keeps employees longer than this place. They’re all young and gleeful and friendly. They have closed some of their other shops in the Metro. The employees were constantly juggled among the shops. This place has burned me so much I can hardly mustard a smile going in anymore. Except for yesterday, I was nearly jumping for joy being the last time I have to be there ever again. Screw the extra growth, I am not paying more for something I already paid for and didn’t get completely. My roomie has told them one of the times I went off, that I am usually a very patient person. I can tolerate a lot. They just have done me wrong too many times…

I really have amazingly good luck when it comes to winning drawings. I always make a point of entering any drawing I see, whether I want the prize or not. I won two of them just last week; both crap. The first one that I won was a $ 300 credit at American Laser Center for a microderm facial, cellulite treatment or laser hair removal. When they called to let me know, they said that if I could make an appointment for the following day they would add an additional $ 100 to my credit. I was extremely tempted by the thought of not having to shave my legs as often, if ever again, mainly because I barely keep up with it anyway. I scheduled my free consultation for the next morning to go and see what this was all about. I’ve never done anything like this so I had no idea what to expect. This place is not easy to find, even with Mapquest directions. It’s just a small little store in a strip mall, set back from the main road that it’s addressed. After driving around aimlessly for 15 minutes, I started calling the place to see if the receptionist could give me better directions. After SIXCALLS and no one had answered the phone, I just gave up and relied on luck. I finally found it after driving around in circles and cursing a lot(I have terrible roadrage) and made it to my appointment 35 minutes late. There was no one there at the time, so they didn’t seem to mind my tardiness. The lobby is very cool and relaxing, with black and grey décor. Someone came out to greet me and took me back into another room for the consultation. The room was set up similar to a living room, with big comfy couches and armchairs. When I was originally called for my appointment, they said I would be meeting with Miranda for the consultation, and they implied that she was a doctor of sorts… so I was very surprised to find myself seated across from a very young, overly-tanned college girl. That aside, she was very nice and very professional and she went over each of the procedures with me in detail and answered my questions well. I was more interested in the laser hair removal and was eager to try it out. Then came the pricing. When she said she had to leave the room to give me time to think while she prepared a pricing sheet, I knew it wouldn’t be good. I was given a little booklet with before-and-after photos of the cellulite treatment(which was actually quite gross) and left alone for about 10 minutes. Finally she returned and handed me a pricing sheet for the laser hair removal. This included the full leg, not just from the knees down, she said. It was $ 2000 for six treatments. Another $ 1000 if I wanted to do my arms, too. I thought again of never having to buy razors again and was actually very attempted to accept and fork over $ 1600 that I really don’t have… and then she pointed out that this was a special promotion called ‘Dollar for Dollar’. The pricing is usually $ 4000, but this promotion was running through August and was basically 50%. And because this was a special promotion, my $ 400 credit does not apply. Of course it doesn’t! A scam? Possibly. Either way, I politely declined and left. I can’t poo on this place too much because I didn’t receive the services, but I am a bit suspicious.
