History

Established in 1988.

Dr. Cook received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Kansas and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Missouri-​KC in 1988. Since then, Dr. Cook has dedicated the past twenty five years to his family and his practice. He has been in private practice in Leawood and Overland Park since 1988. He is devoted to his wife of 25 years and three wonderful children Jamie, Jonathan and Jacob. They live in Stillwell and are an active part of the community
