came in here yesterday to use the Cherry on Top living social cert I had(they assured me it would be honored). while the gelato place was packed, there were only two people sitting inside in this place located only several hundred feet away. I entered with my one-year-old in his stroller. I saw someone working behind the counter, but he didn’t acknowledge me at all. I went to get our yogurt(it’s a self-serve place for that) and when I finally got his attention told him I also wanted a chai. they have a great variety of flavors!(for the yogurt) everything from pumpkin pie to red velvet to snickerdoodle(I was torn but went with snickerdoodle because it was non-fat as compared to low-fat). I got my son the vanilla and piled on kiwi, strawberries and raspberries. I put a little crushed up heath bar on mine. I wasn’t a huge fan of mine but tried my son’s. the vanilla was fantastic and he loved it and all of the fruit. regretted ordering the same for myself. it should have been amazing for the price though. it’s 49-cents an ounce. I think most places are at least 10-cents cheaper. both of our yogurts plus the chai equal the amount of the certificate = $ 10! and I only filled our yogurt cups about 1⁄6 full. I have to say though, my chai was pretty good. the next time I want to spend $ 4.50 for a medium chai I will definitely be heading in there. the main reason I am giving this three and not four is the cost and lack of service. I felt pretty much ignored while I was in there. not that I expected the guy to dote on my son(as others typically do in the same situation) but when I asked him for some water for him, he seemed a bit annoyed by my request. maybe I just caught him on an off day. I was surprised that a place with so much going for it was so empty while similar places were swarming with people. now I know why.
