4 of us went for the yummy Syla’s & Maddie’s ice cream they serve and were disappointed they were out of DaBomb and out of hot fudge. The two people working were okay but nothing like the experience we get when Caroline is there. This cute place had been a favorite of ours for years and has amazing potential, but seems to be slipping.

So bummed. High change over with staff and cones continue to get worse. We keep telling ourselves that next time will be better. Tonight was the last straw(check photos for proof). When I asked her if this was the new one scoop size, she replied — «The cones are bigger now so the ice cream slips down,» said Kendal(cashier name on receipt). Three bites, finished ice cream. Of the last five trips we’ve made, two have been great experiences — the two times that we had the privilege of Caroline behind the counter. Caroline — you have a great store, a great personality and when you’re there, the product is amazing. I wish the experience was consistent; we used to be weekly customers, but are just bummed taking chances. Hoping your girls catch on to your standards of service. We’ll try again this fall.

We were craving… CRAVING… Real ice cream. But options are few and far between considering all the fro-yo places in OP. Good god!!! We found Sweet Carolines. We ate our ice cream outside and then went back in to sample fudge:) OMG… Delicious! Then of course had to buy a cookies and cream candy apple… Which we will now be purchasing on a weekly basis:))) It’s just so good.

All the trappings of an old fashioned candy store with an added icecream bonus! This is not a pretentious fancy store. Instead it’s a quaint little shop nestled down between a karate school and a Mexican restaurant. It’s so small it’s almost squeezed into the strip mall. There is outside seating, which makes for a nice summer ice cream shop experience. Once inside the walking isle around the counter is not very wide. You are greatest with shelves of hand made fudge and other treats with a small shelf of seasonal items to the right. Around the left is a long wall of bins of candy that you can fill bags with and an ice cream counter across from the wall. There isn’t a lot of room to move, so browsing people can make it a little congested. Further back there is some indoor seating. The quality of the ice cream is superb. The selections range from vanilla to peanut butter freak. They also offer a wide selection of dipped cones. Except for the lack of space, the selection reminds me of a Baskin Robbins. There is no mixing of candy into the ice cream like a Cold Stone, but you can buy your candy in bags and eat it with your icecream, if you need that. The staff was friendly and helpful. We got a free taste of fudge before making our selections, and ended up buying slightly more than planned. Great place :-)

Awesome selection of candy, fudge, ice cream, and gourmet chocolate dipped items. Over-priced for what you get though, and the owner has been rude to us on more than one occasion. A lot of the candy-by-the-pound as well as items in the display case look like they’ve been sitting there for too long. Still a cute, fun place to go for an occasional treat but don’t expect to get any warm and fuzzy feelings from this place. The owner’s unwelcoming nature and«rules» will keep us away. Too many other places in town to go for a treat.

Oh man, their candy apples are so addictive! Their fudge is excellent and their chocolates are incredible. Very dangerous that we live so close. :)

A fantastic candy shop. I love their caramel apples! I also enjoy their chocolate covered Nutter Butters. They have a huge selection of fudge and chocolates. The north wall is candy bins. They serve also serve ice cream. Back to the caramel apples… they are the best.
