Joe Mccullen, owner of Mccullen Motors; started out at the age of 13. He purchased two cars that completely defined the style of life that he was going to embark himself in. The first car was a pink-​gray Metropolitan that he got for $ 15.00 and a yellow-​white Metropolitan that he got for $ 30.00. He fall in love with the mechanics of this cars and learned everything that had to do with them by reading the manuals over and over. He decided to sell his yellow-​white Metro to a local preacher. Joe saw the guy drive away with a big smile on his face and he realized «This is good Business» .

At the age of 17, Joe worked for Mark C. Bloom changing tires, brakes, shocks and many other repairs and services, but the main part that he got from there was how to communicate with customers. When he was 19 years old, Joe went to work with Volkswagen. Where he adapted a new position that never existed before (Drive way quick mechanic). Af
