Terrible. Don’t come here unless really need to. As we are all waiting, they are discussing personal issues. I guess our time is not important.

Professional work ethic is very difficult to find but not when it came to Jonathan Fregoso.
I had a pre approval for a car loan and I was pleased to have found the car I was looking to finance.
In my three vehicle purchases in the past few years I had never dealt with someone who could simply just get the job done and do what he specializes in.
Jonathan has my business for as long as he chooses to be an MSR (Member Service Representative).
He had more knowledge about my process then I expected any MSR to have. He’s calm and collected. If something wasn’t going right with the finance he wouldn’t panic or make a big deal. He would simply do what a professional individual should and find solutions. He made my experiance with car financing the best by far.
This is my number one MSR from this moment on.
I know many people just give reviews just because the branch or certain location needs a higher rating but in this case, Jonathan earned every one of these 5 stars.
Hard work pays off and he dominates his line of work.

LIFE IS GOOD

I was very pleased with my visit at this bank. I went in during my lunch hour to finalize my auto loan not knowing how long it would take. Right when I walked in, a member service representative got up and offered to help me. His name was Jonathan Fregoso. He was wonderful. He explained everything detail and answered all my questions without hesitation. He made sure I got out of there on time so I wouldn’t be late to work. I was really pleased with his customer service, and would recommend asking for him if you go. Thanks for making the loan process easy and answering all my silly questions I had since it was my first time opening a loan. You did everything in a timely manner and also with a smile on your face.

just opened up an account here and their customer service was very good. I had to leave to get information from the other person on the account and when I came back the lady toatlly remembered who I was and helped me out again!
It’s kind of an annoying process to open an account online so you might as well just come in to open the account…
TIP: do not come in right when they open because that is the most crowded time!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Customer service here is horrible!!! Don’t come here closing my acct and going back to Pacific Oaks! Unbelievable!

No lines and friendly service. Now if only they gave better than a 0.5% interest rate!
