Jack In The Box

Well, I use to love, love, love this Jack in the Box, but service, cleanliness and the people being hired has gone down since 2014. This is why I no longer love JITB in Pacific, WA. One day, 4months ago to be exact we all four of the five of us wanted breakfast from JITB. I asked for one of my 3 favorite combos which was the sourdough burger meals. All seemed fine but when I’m home eating I go to drink my drink and I suck out something white and slimy! No joke, No exaggeration it comes out of the straw with my soda it’s literally a stringy-​white-​slimy loogee!!! I’m in shock cause it’s on my lip in my mouth and coming from my flipping straw! It’s linked to my lip and the straw. Ohmygosh I’m disgusted and sick to my stomach thinking about it and who would do such a horrid thing. I wanted to cry but was just to grossed out that I grabbed a napkin whipped my mouth dumped the drink in the bathroom, and took and washed my mouth out and brushed my teeth. I said, THATS IT, I’m done! JITB is no longer an option to go to EVER again. Whomever did that that who works there OBVIOUSLY has no manners, respect, dignity and is a pure psycho. JITB in Pacific, WA you lost a loyal family of customers. Disturbing and totally puke worthy!

I have gone to this location multiple times but typically late night. I haven’t had a bad experience that I can think of and it’s the only place in the area that is open 24hrs. Sometimes the parking lot and trash can looks like it could use some attention. It’s a small parking lot but they do have a few large parking spots that you can fit a small truck and trailer in. Sometimes I bobtail a semi in and park. You can also fit small box trucks.

The parking lot was clean, someone actually picks up trash. I haven’t seen a clean Jack in the Box in forever, so it was a nice change to see that this location actually cares. The employee was incredibly friendly. When I asked for extra napkins he gave them to me, didn’t give me the «one napkin» per customer bs excuse. (I have asked for extra napkins at other locations and received two napkins total. As if one is extra?) Anyway, the food was hot and fresh! Definitely eating here more often.

Absolutely the worst Jack in the Crack I have been to. Two visits total, one dine-​in and one drive-​through:
Drive-​through: Sourdough sandwich — cold and old. Wasted my time and money.
Dine-​in: floors sticky like fly paper with a slightly, slippery oily layer. Restrooms reeked of rancid fecal remains that «leaks out» into the dining areas every time the door is opened. Tacos ordered chewy, not crispy and COLD??!
So upset, I submitted my concern to their Jack in the Box website and received NO response. One star is generous for questionable dine-​in conditions, poor quality food and non-​existent customer service.
And that’s a fact, Jack!

Left the bacon off my spicy chicken sourdough burger. I hate drive through errors. They know 95 percent of the customers arent going to return the mistake because we are going somewhere.

i have given this jack in the box 1 star. they have been ripping customers off for as long as i can remember. the short everything 1 piece of cheese. there is supposed to be a piece on a regular taco and there is none. a big cheese burger is supposed to have 2 pieces just go to jack in the box web site and you will see. i have been going to this place since 2008 and just been made aware that their food is not right.

I work near the Jack in the Box and visit probably three times a week when Im out of cereal. I usually only grab breakfast before I head out to do my work for the day. Most of the workers here are very friendly. They always ask how I’m doing. I’m sure this is part of the job and they probably don’t care, but at least i think they do and that’s what matters right?
Anyways. I used to get two items every morning with a couple of condiments. One of these being ranch dipping sauce. Considering I used to work for jack in the box a long time ago, I know how it tastes. Well, something must be going wrong with this establishment. It tastes very weird. Almost like it’s been sitting out for a little too long. I thought it was just me and stopped at another jack in the box in auburn and had no issues. The chicken sandwiches also from time to time taste kind of weird. I noticed a couple of times my tomatoes were looking kind of rubbery or something, not as fresh and crispy as always…
So now I only order one item in the morning, a breakfast jack. They do a great job with the sandwich and have had no issues with that side of the order. Obviously I can’t ask for the world when it comes to fast food, but I’ve had better more often at other fast food places.
