EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I made an appointment earlier in the day and when I arrived the place was packed and it was my first time there so I couldn’t tell who worked there or who was a customer.
I kept looking around until I saw two people doing nails (a man and a woman) — But wouldn’t you think they would have greeted me when they saw me walk in? I came in smiling and friendly. When I saw them they both were looking at me stone faced. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE FRIENDLY GREETING?
I walked to the woman and said hello — she asked what I was having done today. But shouldn’t she say: «hi how are you, how can I help you»? SHE DIDN’T AND NEITHER DID THE MAN OR ANYONE ELSE THAT WORKED THERE. I said I would like a manicure/​pedicure and told her I had called in ahead and made an appointment; she asked me to sit down and I did. After waiting 30 minutes I decided to leave because I felt that my experience there so far was so unpleasant that I didn’t want to give them my patronage.
WHAT AN AWFUL, DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. I usually enjoy getting my nails done but unfortunately I left there feeling sad.

Service was good, a little pricey. What I didn’t like was the 10 percent they add for credit card use. I may not return just because of that hard to leave a tip after your hit with that.

I must say I experience the worse pedicure ever! I got a pedi done Sunday afternoon and I was in pain all night & it’s Monday and am still in pain this short Asian guy with tattoos dig into my toe after he saw it was bleeding and top it of pedicures are over price smh I wouldn’t even rate it as one star

A little pricey! But you get what you pay for. Jenny is amazing! She’s so sweet and has done my nails perfectly both times I’ve gone. My nails are so cute I love them!

this place is awful. When i was 8 months pregnant and went for a pedicure they literally poured clorox out the bottle in the feet part of the chair while i was on it. no consideration on the effect of those rising chemicals for me and my baby at all! It was closing time. And i saw with my own eyes how the just rub a little bit of rubbing alcohol on the tools they used and put them back in the «sterilized bag» to pretend these tools were sterile when they open them in front of the client! to top it off my toe nail fell after a few days of getting my peddi! I probably got a fungus with their dirty tools!

I love this place! They have great customer service and I always leave satisfied with how my pedi and mani come out! I seriously have been coming here for a good 2 years and I’ve never had a problem.

This was my first time going to this place and truthfully I can say I LOVED it ! I really liked how my nails turned out! I would give them all the stars however their color selection is very small! I really think they should have more colors to choose from, they only have a small shelf on the wall that is only about ¼ of colors of most of the other salons I have gone to. Regardless this place has really good service, and they take their time working so their work really shows it. The place is also very clean and it is quite roomy. I think the only problem here would be the parking it is a little crowded. Overall this place deserves 4 stars until they fix their color selection !! I Will definitely be coming back here !!

one of the worst and best nail experiences ever, my pedi was so perfect I had not one complaint (these 2 stars are for, on the other hand look at my nails, looks as if I did them myself !
Now let’s go over the shape one thumb nail was perfect and the other was really wife I asked him if he could file it down and said it was the shape of my nail? Are you kidding me? This was the first time I heard of this and I get my nails done on the regular so he files away making one side super skinny so I ask him to even out the other side making the nail even more skinnier, point is my 2 thumbs are different sizes thanks to this «nail artist» the girls seem like professionals but this guy was new for sure. Super upset still debating if I should go back and try to get them fixed. He was this young guy with earrings avoid him and ask for someone else !

I know the owner for over 17 years his name is Hao he have one location by chase and woodman «Studio Nails» the one I am reviewing «Nail Spa Studio» if you really want nice manicure, pedicure all type of wax you must come here they have all new technology equipment as well of gel nail colors, nail designs. This place is clean and they treat you like family is most of the time busy so you must schedule an appoitment, affordable prices.

The first time I had my nails done here it was excellent. This time I am disappointed.

Will rate after every visit but so far SOOOOOO good! Nice people nice vibe great skill and moderate prices. I’m very happy and will be conning back here

Ok… My wife made me come here! She was tired of all the cuticle on my fingers. So as every good husband does, I agreed to come. Well, I gotta say… it was great! Nothing better then being pampered. I will definitely make it a routine to come here. They took care of me above and beyond. Thank you!

Love love love Lynn!!! I’ve been coming to her for more than five years! I followed her from one shop to another I wouldn’t go to anyone else! She does the best pedicures ever and she’s the only one I trust with my eyebrows! They are all very friendly and very welcoming in… Nick is great at doing acrylics!

Love getting my gel mani and pedi here! Lyn is the best, she always gets the perfect shape and masters the design that I want. I always look forward to coming in. This is the only place that my gel mani will last for two weeks every other place I go to the gel will peel off after a week

visited this place for the first time ⁵⁄₁₉ and it was great — I hated it that I cheatted on my regular nail spot All Star Nails in sherman oaks but this place is closer to my new home and I really liked it. def coming back! thank you !! afordable and really good nail job!

My 1^st time at this nail shop and they do really good. The best nail shop by far in the valley. Jessie really did my pedi good. I’m most defiantly gonna keep coming to this shop.

I didn’t like the job they did last time I went. I got a french tip and the nail polish must have been old. The nail polish stayed all sticky after drying and a lot of dust stuck into it. My french tip ended up looking very dirty after two days of my manicure. Very terrible quality for this manicure.
I also got a pedicure and the lady who took care of me hurt me when trying to get an ingrown nail out (I don’t hold her very accountable for it because I appreciate her trying).

Went here for a spa pedicure the chairs are amazing here! The person who worked on my feet was very friendly but there was another nail tech who was a female, kept clearing her throat it was really disgusting! But she did an amazing job on my eyebrows. I will come back!

Love this place! so sanitary so clean and the staff is always so sweet! the only think that would could do to make it better is a bigger selection of nail polishes, because it is so minimal :-(. The waiting time is awesome!
