History

Established in 2012.

After many years of work for different cleaning businesses, I decided to start my own small company in fall of 2012.

That is how EcoBubbles was born.

Because of huge customer response and increasing demand, I decided to invite my close friend Jola to help.

Now two of us try the hardest to provide exceptional, quality services every day and happy customers are our biggest reward!

I started cleaning houses and apartments in Downtown Chicago when I came here from Poland in 2006. When I moved to Northwest suburbs I decided to open my own cleaning company. My main goal was to always provide the best quality of service, honesty and fairness to every customer and business owner who decide to use our services. Due to my hard work and commitment I found many happy customers, but always look for more :)

Anna and her team are prompt, dependable, polite, thorough and immaculate. They save me money by not having to buy supplies and they use their own equipment so no wear and tear on my vacuum. Still, they are reasonably priced for every other week cleaning. I’m happy they came into my life because I just didn’t want to deal with cleaning anymore.

I’ve had quite a few cleaning companies take care of my homes and offices for the last 14 years and Anna is definitely one of my favorites. She shows up every week on time, has never called in sick or to reschedule and consistently does a great job. She adds personal touches to her work that most of the larger companies I’ve worked with have lacked. I found her pricing for my residence and business more than fair. She has never mentioned a price increase one time. I pay the exact same price every week. I’d say she takes care of my house like I would, but I’d be lying. She takes better care of it! I love walking into a fresh office on Thursday mornings & going home to a spotless environment afterwards:) Thank You Anna!

I have always had a cleaning lady-for 15 years, in fact. Great woman in the past, but then I moved about 4 years ago and just couldn’t pull the trigger to find someone I could trust. SO– I thought I would give cleaning my home a shot-epic fail. I have 2 teenagers and now 3 cats, on top of a full time job that includes travel. I have asked for referrals, heard horror story after horror story… then I thought I would contact «The Maids,» Molly maids,” «Merry maids,» etc… outrageous prices, and all felt super impersonal to me. I researched and researched, called and called until I found Anna-after the initial conversation I immediately felt comfortable and scheduled my first cleaning on a Saturday. (She has her own key now and I trust her to come in during the week on her own-I’m pretty sure the cats are happy to play with her when she makes the beds!) She was beyond thorough, and believe me when I tell you… she had her work cut out! I hired her IMMEDIATELY for every week! Not only do I trust her in my home, but I have given her number to family and friends. She is not only amazing at taking care of your cleaning needs– she is professional, warm, good with kids and pets, AND will communicate with you when she arrives and leaves IF you are not able to be home when she is cleaning. I give her 5+ stars for service, professionalism, and the ability to accommodate. The Schneider family is very happy to have found Anna!

EcoBubbles does a fantastic job ! Anna is prompt, courteous, and very professional. She was highly recommended and I understand why. My price was negotiated based upon cleaning frequency and, I think, very fair for us both. In addition, she cleans at my convenience not hers– like some other cleaning services. My initial cleaning was immediately following a kitchen, family room and living room remodeling and her was price was an additional $ 20 due to construction dust. This was more than fair. I guarantee Anna will do a great job.

Was initially satisfied with the service from this company. However, after no cleaning after 6 months they wanted to charge me double to clean my home! They stated I would be treated as a new client and would not get my past rate. They also do take a very long time to clean homes! Make sure you have plenty of time for service you will need it! I would not recommend this cleaning service to any one. They beg clients to leave good Unilocal reviews which seems very unprofessional! 1 star is all they are worth!

We have used EcoBubbles for about six months and they are terrific. They are fast and efficient and very flexible (and responsive) if we need to shift around schedules. We could not ask anything more of a cleaning service. The house gets clean fast, that’s about it. Oh and friendly, that’s good, too.

Anna has been cleaning our home for almost a year and I can honestly say she is the best. Prior to finding Anna I went through a handful of cleaning services that I was always disappointed in. Finding Anna was absolutely awesome. She and her partner were reliable, trustworthy and excellent at their job. I could tell they took care and pride in their work. I always looked forward to coming home after they had come. I have two dogs and two kids (no small job!) and yet she always had our home very clean & even organized within a couple hours. On some visits she would even clean our downstairs (we had not requested this on a regular basis) without extra charge. She has affordable prices and does excellent work. She is also flexible with her scheduling. On occasions when I needed to change our regular time slot, she went out of her way to accommodate our needs. We are moving and I am disappointed that we can’t bring her with! I highly recommend her.

I’ve been a customer of EcoBubbles for almost a year. I love how they clean my house and I think that the cost is affordable and comparable to other services. At our old house we had a different service, which I always thought was just fine, but EcoBubbles does a much better job. My house just glows after they have come. The floors and counters shine. I have one big dog and two very little kids so it can be challenging for me to straighten up before they come. Thankfully they are understanding about my mess. They come just once a month, but if I could afford it I would have EcoBubbles come every other week. Sometimes I’m at home for part of the cleaning and other times I’m not at home. They work so hard to make my house sparkle!
I think a lot of people hesitate to get a service to clean their house because they think that only they themselves could clean to the level of quality they enjoy. Personally, I find that EcoBubbles cleans to a higher level of quality than I can reach. And one bonus is that instead of me doing a bathroom on one day and a kitchen the next, EcoBubbles cleans the whole house all at once. It’s worth every penny to have the whole house clean in one day. EcoBubbles is great!

I appreciate Annas attempt to cover herself on Unilocal,but the truth is, instead of calling me and apologizing, which would have created a better customer service experience, she texted me to request I increase my rating for her on Unilocal so she doesn’t lose customers and potential business. This would have been a fair request if she just apologized and actually made up for her mistakes. I stand by my original review, and would still not recommend her to anyone. She didn’t finish the job, even though she took six hours of our Saturday. We told her from the start she would need help, but she refused to bring additional resources because she probably wanted to take home a higher check. To top it all off, she attempted to take advantage of our situation when we had a family emergency, by trying to raise her price on us by 20 dollars. Bad, bad, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Anyhow, hire at your own risk. Also, if you read this Anna, instead of trying to cover your mistakes, I suggest that you admit to them and do something to save a customer rather than pretend everything was perfect, which ultimately will make you lose a customer permanently.

After moving to the area, we found ourselves seeking a house cleaning service… We gave EcoBubbles a try after we had experienced poor service from 2 other «big named brands» in the home cleaning circuit. I’m pleased to say that Anna and her team have been cleaning our home weekly for the past 6 months now and we have been very happy with her services! Her team does a great job cleaning our home and has been very accommodating when I’ve needed to reschedule cleaning days or when I’ve asked her to do additional random cleaning requests.
