Went here with my lovable, but technology– challenged mother. Luckily, the rep Fred was wonderful. He hooked it up!

I had had ENOUGH with T-mobile ripping me off every month and cutting off my text messaging. I never ran out of minutes, but the media package they sell runs out fast of you text, like, 20 times!!. How dare they interrupt my five day long text marathon with my Best Friend who lives so far away up north! NOTOKAY! Every month, even though I upgraded to 120.00 a month, They claimed that my ‘unlimited’ text plan had limits. yeah, I know. I call BULL-SHITE So, fed up and not being able to deal with T-Mobile customer service trolls who are keeping me away from BFF drama and gossip– (link: ) I trotted my little happy self to the Gardens Mall recently to find MAC. Mr. Apple MAC that is. I was lead upstairs to AT&T ‘s Ground Control area. Josh was tall, handsome. He was so cute and helpful. Oh lord. He was so cute, I forgot what I was there for. Oh yes, an Iphone 3Gs. Not that horrible 4 square thing. He checked my credit, all a go and no money down.(YAY!) I walked away with my new 3Gs for 49.00. Every person that was there was very attentive and friendly. Josh just made getting into a new 2 year contract an easier pill to swallow. And making him smile made it more enjoyable. :)

I was disappointed when I arrived in this location. It was overly crowded, and certainly not clear what one should do to get one of the employees attention. Finally we had to interupt one of them and we were told to sign a clipboard that was hidden on a counter. When our name was called it was Angelo who was to help us. Apparently he was hell bent on moving through customers, perhaps commissioned based. As he was helping us, he was distracted by his previous customers, apparently prematurely left as they still had issues. We were there do to a stolen iPhone and it seemed as though he could care less about that and more importantly wanting to sell us a new one and moving on to the next customer. We had definitely felt like a number. Thanks AT&T!
