Our car was being serviced across the street so we thought we would come in for breakfast. Both of us enjoyed our SPICY Bagel Sandwich. We elected the plain bagel and the omelet contained ham, bell peppers, red onions, jalapenos and cheese. DELISH! The location is ample & clean. You can choose from an assortment of bagels if you wish. They also have one-day old bags for about 40% off the regular price. Clara C. posted that a restroom was not available but that must have changed from September of 2014. My wife reported it was clean as well. We will be back.

This place really sucks. I went in to get an egg and cheese bagel and they tried to charge me $.75 for one piece of lettuce and $.75 for one slice of tomato. That would make my bagel seven dollars. This place is overpriced and the staff is unfriendly. This is not a local spot to go to. You could go to jensen’s finest foods right down the street and get a pound burrito for breakfast for three dollars

I asked for a bagel with lox and cream cheese and they gave me one measly slice of lox??? I payed 9 dollars for that. Horrible

heard excellent things about this place. took a work colleague here for lunch. ordered 2 Italian sandwiches on bagels. staff could not have been any less friendly or disinterested. we stood there being ignored for literally a good 8-minutes by the 2 girls behind the counter, one telling us to hold on while she packed everything up. I finally asked ‘excuse me can we order a couple sandwiches?’ We got there at 1:30pm and from the way we were being ignored and then our orders treated as a major inconvenience and how the staff was packing everything away I assumed they were about to close. but turns out they close at 3pm so now I guess it’s just poor customer service. $ 10 for a very thin Italian sandwich. still hungry after we left so we grabbed a bite next door at Whole Foods. Could have been a bad day for the staff. Still the food was expensive for thin portions. Disappointed.

Nice little bagel shop with great service. Bagels are good and fresh, but a bit pricey. The lox bagel had everything I would put on it myself(tomato, cucumber, onions, sprouts), and was delicious… but it was $ 11.99! The Works breakfast bagel sandwich was really good too $ 6.50. The bagel dog tasted like the polish sausages from Costco, yummy!

I’ve been looking for a VERYGOODBAGELPLACE that not only serve cream cheese slapped on a bagel. THISISTHEPLACE to go for SPECIALS. I ordered the sun dried tomato bagel and added sausage to it and ordered a hot latte. OMG the sandwich was DELICIOUS. I mean cheese melted perfectly and the bagel was very moist. You can definitely tell that they made that morning. I am giving this a four star because they ran out of onion bagels and asiago bagels and it was only 9 am! I am also giving this a four star because I think they need to build up some more special bagels! It sort of reminds of this wonderful place in Vermont called the BAGELPLACE. If you do ever travel there, the BAGELPLACE in vermont still tops it. Anyways, four stars for this. Staffs were okay. Not energetic, and needs more varieties. If you just wanted to know if its good to eat and you won’t have diarrhea, then this is the place to go!

Came in at about 9am this morning. They were out of onion and asiago cheese bagels already. That was a big disappointment. So I got the works bagel with garlic parmesan with a caramel macchiato. My girlfriend got a sundried tomato sandwich with a latte I have to say it was the best bagel sandwich I’ve had in the desert thus far. My girlfriend feels the same way too. The bagel was moist, crunchy, and delicious. Service was very prompt with our order and drinks. The prices were a little on the high side for a bagel sandwich. The sundried tomato sandwich was about $ 6 and cost another $ 1.50 or so to add meat. Would definitely come back here again though.

We got the Spicy Deluxe on a jalapeño cheddar bagel, and the egg & cheese with sausage on an apple cinnamon bagel — so delicious!!! Lots to choose from on the menu. Friendly staff and clean place. Definitely coming back.

Great bagel place to get your fix. It’s a big pricey but I suppose it is worth the price for fresh bagels. Their Thai tea with boba is delicious as it is not too sweet and artificial tasting. The shmear on my bagel was plentiful too, so that was nice. Overall the place was clean and I plan to visit again soon.

This place was good, but the prices were a bit outrageous. I am usually not one to complain about prices or let it effect my Unilocal review but I felt a bit ripped off. We ordered 4 bagels and our bill came out to about $ 36 and some change. Yes we did not order regular bagels, but still, it was kind of ridiculous. 1 — toasted sesame bagel with cream cheese — $ 3.50-$ 4.50 I don’t recall 2 — 2 orders of sesame bagel with cream cheese and lox — about $ 6 each 3 — 1 order of toasted everything bagel with turkey, lettuce, tomato, and onions, she told me to order off the sandwich menu because it would be cheaper instead of adding everything on, this came out to about $ 12 or so. I don’t know about you, but I think $ 12 for a bagel is ridiculous. We got a few bottles of water and that was it. The bagels were pretty good, I am not going to lie which is why I gave them the 3 stars, however the prices were a bit unfair.

I think the menu was overpriced. No children’s options so feeding my kids was $ 8 each which is more than a sit-down restaurant. Probably won’t be back unless I’m alone.

Not recommended. Over priced, poor customer service, poor quality Staff is disinterested, unorganized and poor customer service. Secondly, dont buy the Peanut Butter Power Smoothie. They put two tiny(let me rip you off) scoops of protein and hardly any peanut butter in the smoothie.

I was really excited to try it out… But my husband got a synergy kombucha and it was 3 months expired so he threw it away and was just going to buy another one but they were all expired… Still excited for my bagel when it comes out they switched up mine and my husbands order and put hot sauce and chipotle on my Asiago bread when it was supposed to be on his sourdough we got it exchanged quickly and one of the ladies was really sweet about it don’t know if I would come again though

I wanted to pick up a dozen bagels and run across Bagel Bistro after having breakfast at the newly opened Whole Foods which is in the same shopping center. The eatery is quite large and I placed my order at the counter. I ordered a dozen mixed bagels and noticed they didn’t offer a package that included both. The gent behind the counter then advised me it was a $ 1.00 extra to cut the bagels which I thought was BS. The cream cheese was pricy also at around $ 4.00 a tub compared to my big box favorite bakery. I didn’t actually taste the bagels but for the value my normal go to bakery is definitely more reasonable and has bagel packages that include two tubs of cream cheese, complimentary slicing and 13 bagels!

Place really is going down fast. Only 6 people in entire place with 3 employees and trash on floor and both trash compartments completely full. Portions are getting smaller. This place has always been a bit pricey but felt I was getting something. Not anymore.

I think Bagel Bistro is just ok. They are located in the Whole Foods plaza(also Nordstrom Rack) off of Fred Waring/Town Center. There are no public restrooms in here, but they are a popular spot for quick breakfast bagel sandwiches and coffee. I had the works $ 5.99, but I was not wow-ed by it. For the price, it’s ok. The egg was microwaved in a small plastic bowl, which I did not like. The entire bagel came out dry. My eating partner who got the western omelette $ 5.69 said it was just ok as well. He substituted with the cheesy jalapeño bagel, which was tasty. The egg in his bagel was also microwaved. I gave them 3 stars for the friendly service. There are nice people who work here; they are the kind who would never be rude.

This place will have you singing praises to a god you didn’t know you believed in, their food is so good. Currently enjoying the bacon, avocado and cheese melt, and I’m pretty sure I’m seeing the golden gates of heaven. If you want a great bagel, THIS is definitely the place to come!

Cute bagel place in palm desert! I stopped by here before work for a quick lunch with my bf and we ordered the chipotle omelet on the cheesy jalapeño and the works on the everything bagel. We also ordered a hot white chocolate mocha which was nice and sweet :) Service was fast and efficient and the couple who owns this place were super friendly and helpful. Definitely will return when I want some fancy bagels and smears!
