We had Jeremy upgrade our old electrical panel to a new one. He was great to work with. Reasonable pricing and good quality work. He was always on time. Good communication at all times. We will definitely use Jeremy again. Highly recommend!

I manage an apartment complex and since I had taken the job a few outside lamps never worked. An electrician gave an estimate of a few thousand dollars to fix it and they dragged their feet and never repaired it. I was so delighted when Jeromy came to troubleshoot, he knew the problem and fixed it in fifteen min. And worked on other lamps as well. He only charged us a little over $ 200. It was 10% of what other guy tried to charge. He is honest, quick and reliable. He came one more time to fix outside lamps and he did a great job, charging us very reasonably. I recommend him with all my heart!

Jeremy was across the street at a neighbors doing some electrical work. We had brought home our RV for a trip and there was an issue with the interior electrical and the plug outside our house. Jeremy came over and fixed it for us for a very reasonable price. We really appreciate it Jeremy!

knowledgeable, capable and got my repair finished in good time. The «frosting on
the cake» is that his rates are lower than others here in the valley. Definitely recommended!

I found Collins Electrical through my home warranty company. Jeromy did a great job… he is professional, trustworthy, very knowledgable, works hard and does a thorough job. I have been in the desert for 6 years now and have not been able to find a good electrician… he is now my electrician of choice. I would recommend him completely.

Our Home Warranty gave us the number of Collins Electrical. Shocking, they returned the call in same evening. Usually people return calls the next business day. Jeremy the Owner came out. He went about and beyond of what he was called to repair. Super nice person as well.
We will definitely use them again with or without the warranty company.

I called at 8:30 pm for service (my refrigerator was out) and within a half hour the technician was here and fixed the problem within 5 minutes. Very nice guy and didn’t feel like I was getting nickel and dimed. Will be using this service in the future and he will have my referral. Thanks!

Jeremy came to install 2 ceiling fans. ran into many problems solved all of them stayed late into the night to finish the job expert workmanship wil use again and again reasonable charges

I called the office and spoke with a nice, knowledgable gal to set up an appointment to have an estimate & work scope determined for a ceiling fan installation (there was no wiring where I wanted it) — so far so good. I waited 4 days for an available time slot which was okey with my schedule.
The day of the appt. I made a special trip home from work to meet the tech (I work 25 min away). I then get a call from the electrician at the time he was supposed to be there telling me he had a flat tire and couldn’t make it and assured me the office would call to reschedule for the following day. Well — here it is 10 days later and no call back.
I sure would have appreciated a call letting me know he wasn’t going to show before the scheduled appt. time — saving me an unnecessary trip and wasting my time.
I would have also appreciated a call back to reschedule –like I was promised.
Oh well, I found another electrician off of Unilocal that did a great job on the ceiling fan and we additionally booked him for a bunch of landscape lighting.
I don’t recommend these folks, they don’t seem to follow through.

Collins Electric made some quick notice adjustments to fit me in on timeline that was conducive to my tenant. They then proceeded to fix the electrical issue I was having quickly and at almost $ 50 less than what one of their competitors quoted. I will likely not shop around next time as I believe I have found my go-​to electrician for Palm Desert! Thanks again Jeremy!

The service from the technician was excellent, very professional and friendly, and their prices are very affordable. Overall, I will totally used them again and would recommend to my friends.

Jeremy is a ROCKSTAR! He came to my home to do what we thought was a minor «home warranty» job, and ended up doing a significant repair on the electrical in my kitchen. Sometimes people who are perfectionists are a pain, but when they’re your electrician, you rejoice!
Jeremy kept my house clean, and didn’t stop until the problem was fixed. Top it off with charging me a very reasonable price for the amount of work he did, and you can count me as a satisfied customer! I’ll hire him again for any electrical needs I have, no matter if it’s a big or small job!
