Very fast emergency service. Called on a Wednesday afternoon when my garage door broke and they were here in 15 minutes fixing it. They had all the parts on the truck (it turns out I had two broken springs) and it was fixed and working better than ever in another 15 minutes or so. They were quick, thorough, professional and very nice. I give them an unqualified thumbs up.

This place is a plus/​plus, the lady that help me, she’s so kinda and very helpful. I should of call this place at the beginning, I made a mistake called ROAD RUNNER GARAGE Doors to get the garage door fix, the guy came the next day, fixed, he was there less than 5mins, and told me everything is fixed, I tested out after he left, the door was the same nothing was NOT fix, and I was charged $ 85.00 call them back they told me they can’t do anything about it and have to pay $ 325 more for a new motor, so I decided to find another place and DESERT OVERHEAD DOOR was able to help me, highly recommend this place

Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving I call this company because my garage door is not working properly at my La Quinta home. I leave a message and within 30 minutes Brodey calls back. He is tied up on a job but assures me that one of his men will be at my home between 3:30 and 4:30; I ask for a 30 minute «heads up» call so that I can run a few errands of my own. Lo and behold, at 3:45 Martin calls me and tells me that he is on his way from Cathedral City. He arrives within 30 minutes and repairs and services our garage doors (2)…they are operating like new. Kudos to a business owner who does what he says that he will do. Price was reasonable, Martin was professional, clean, and friendly. IF there was a 6 star rating, I would gladly rate this company that level.

Called Brodie, set up and apointment.
Joel came out, called and wanted to come early (thrilled). Joel was EXCEPTIONAL! Installed a new door opener, had to make numerous adjustments on the original door since someone else from another company did a sloppy job installing it.
I cannot say enough GOOD about this company. Fair, high ethics, detail oriented, very friendly and truely appreciated my business.
We will definately spread the word about our great expreiance.

Avoid if it is an emergency!!! May be fine if can wait 24 hours for a service call or hours to be called back, but if it is an emergency, call someone else!!!
Called twice in 2. 5 hours and did not receive a call back.
Called at 10:19 am and left a message
Called at 12:43 pm and left a second message.
At 1:15 pm gave up and called someone else.
I did expect to get a call by lunch.
On the message, I explained our garage door was stuck open and we desperately needed help.
It’s okay to be very busy, but you need to return calls in a timely manner. With our garage door was stuck open, we needed to know if we could get help today or not.
Very disappointing.

My door was working fine then the next day nothing. I called and we thought it was the spring, quote given and appt. made. Arrived on time and discovered it was not the spring but a broken part. Repaired for a fair price and professional service. I would recommend.

With a great crash, a spring broke this afternoon on our garage door. After I called Desert Overhead Door, Brodie was at my house in an hour and had both of my garage door springs replaced in 20 minutes. The charge of $ 185 seemed fair. Brodie was friendly and helpful. I would recommend Desert Overhead Door to anyone looking for help with their garage doors.
