I came here because of all the good reviews and way less $$ than the BMW dealer, but my experience here wasn’t so great. My car has been perfectly fine until I needed to replace the fuel tank cap. The dealer was $ 800 and here was $ 360. I brought my car and they did the service, after I took it, I noticed my gauges weren’t marking correctly when I filled up my gas tank. It wouldn’t mark full no more or marks empty when it’s not empty. Long story short, I keep bringing it back n forth with the same problem. They say they fix it and nothing. A complete waste of my time driving there over and over. This last time they said they finally fixed it, I went towards my car and my door locks wouldn’t work any more. I called lily from there to come outside and see how they messed up my locks. She said that would be $ 300 to fix!!! She said that is common on my car!!! I opened the door to check if my gauge work and it was marking low when she said it was full, I asked her to get in the car and check for herself that way she can see that they didn’t fix it again! I had to leave to work but told her I would be back. I went back today that way they can fix my door locks that they messed up. Paul said they couldn’t do anything about it. To leave it there again and maybe they can try again. No THANK YOU!!! unhappy customer with broken door lock after there memory resets or whatever they did and gauges that don’t mark correctly for bringing my car here!!! You get what you pay for!!! So be carefull!!! you take your car for something n come out with a new problem that you’ve never had before.

Paul just continues to amaze us… First, we took our Sprinter there (right around the corner — whoop whoop!), and he did a nice repair at a fair price, and even gave us a super-​great quote on the next repair that we’ll need soon. Secondly, we have a GMC Van (not his specialty, but one of the mechanics is a veteran of the domestic brand), so we needed service on it and he kindly obliged us. Again, the price was fair, we know the repairs are done correctly, and we are VERY happy to find a young owner who is so enthusiastic about his business. SO THESE GUYS JUST ROCK HERE! Lily at the front holds down fort. She is prompt with calls back and service scheduling. Paul and his crew are excellent and NEVER sell service to me which I don’t need. Knowing nothing about cars, I can’t tell you what that means to me. I have an Audi Q5 with about 85,000 miles and it runs fabulous because of these guys. They will also work on anything from our son’s GMC to my daughters Jeep. LOVE LOVE LOVE them! I’m a LIFER for sure on these folks here at European Auto Service.

I’ve had my 1999 Porsche Carerra in to EAS on 3 different occasions… hr long extensive no-​charge diagnosis, 11 hr repair job, follow-​up on check engine light adjustment. The initial diagnosis assumed a worse case scenario but when they were able to get in there to see what was really going on the estimate was cut in half. Only negative was that I had to wait 12 days to book the service appointment. Every employee I came into contact with did their job very well and what a pleasure working with a great front desk! If you’re a top flight auto technician call these guys about a job, I’m sure they’d like to expand.

Just about perfect in every way. Honest, clean, great work, clear communication, authentic customer service… just wonderful people providing wonderful service! I’m so thankful to have someone local that I trust with my BMW!

What a great find this shop is. Called just to see if they could do a battery check. Was told to just come down and they would give the battery a check and if a replacement was required they had many in stock to choose from. Upon arrival my vehicle was immediately taken in to be checked. As it turned out a replacement was required. After a short time in the waiting area all was complete at what I felt was a very reasonable price. This will my go to place from now on.

this shop is the best, don’t waste your time anywhere else. Lilly & Paul had my benz up and running with in 2 hours of getting the part so i could attend a funeral service. very clean shop.

Cory, my son recommended European Auto for my wife’s GLK, M. Benz, A1 Service. This was my first visit to European Auto. They work by appointment which I love. They promised one hour and were done within 45 minutes at a Cost of $ 144. My wife and I have both owned M Benz’s for the past 20 years and have never been so impressed with service. Their restroom was clean and as found in high end restaurants. Lilly and Paul well done. I will be back.

They are the best. The price is affordable and reasonable. The office and restroom was very clean and nice. Honest and knowledgeable in what they do. They keep my 2005 BMW x3 3.0i with 140,332 + miles running smoothly.

So, just bought a Mercedes GL and my light came on that I was due for a service. Called my dealer and told me they could see me in 10 days and the cost was around $ 770and they needed the car the entire day. (thats for a oil services and a clean air filter) Some in my office recommended European Auto Service. Called them up got me in the next morning. One hour later and a $ 150 same service and a smile. I was a happy camper.
The service is incredible and they do what they promise… I wish I could give them 6 stars

Been coming here for 12 years to have 2 mzb’s and lexus serviced. They are the best. I have never been so impressed with the honesty and reliability that they posses. Their prices are extremely fair and they do not want you to spend money needlessly. I love that they are a family owned and run business and treat everyone as friends. You cannot go wrong with them.

Took my bmw 7 series in here and always have had Excellent service. Now have a Mercedes S550 that they are just as wonderful with. Always fair pricing and honest!

I got a vw bettle 2002 as a gift so I was not prepare for the car funds wise. Iv only had it for a month and the check engine light turn on so I freak out. Since my other car is a honda civic (completely difirent from vw).They made me feel comfortable. There waiting room gave me a peace and Tranquility. After they check my car they assured me it was a big deal and took care of it. I was told it may turn on and I should go back if it does to thoroughly check it. I’m so going to use them on my daily car base I feel as if I had a long relation with them. Iv been a car owner for 9 years now and as a girl with no father to guide Iv been taking for rides and Iv been spoke to as if I was another mechanic… But not here.

BMW window stuck at open. Pricing much better than dealer. Excellent service. Had to leave the car one more day as the car door would not open. Apparently a fuse was blown when the window was fixed. Paul was very nice about the re-​do. Would definitely come back again.

We came here because of the 5 star reviews and left very satisfied. They were able to fix our a/​c during the miserable heat in the summer in under an hour for a very reasonable price. The staff was very nice and very professional.
The waiting room is nothing like a mechanic’s garage but more like a doctors office too.
I highly recommend this place.

I would like to say thank you to all the Unilocal reviews for helping me find this place I am so grateful that I did! I finally have peace of mind here in the desert when it comes to getting my car fixed. Exceptionally friendly and knowledgable staff and quality work at a reasonable price. Being a female it’s pretty scary taking your car to the mechanic, but I know I’m in good hands here. Lilly is super awesome and a pleasure to speak to. I will always be a loyal customer to this shop. Trust the good reviews, you will be glad you did. They are amazing!

Ok! my turn to write a fantastic review. :)
I came into town over this last weekend to a conference and my car lost power 20 miles south of town. It was towed into the Marriott since it was late at night and then I had the great task of finding a good mechanic in a town I didn’t know. After much calling around and finding no one available, someone from an AAA shop suggested I try one of the Joni Drive mechanics.
Apparently, I chose the wrong one because three business days later he still hadn’t fixed my car and couldn’t definitively tell me what was wrong with it. When I finally called the sheriff’s department to come and help me sort this out he suddenly was able to put the car back together and get me out of the shop. The 6’2″ sheriff was a great help, for sure.
I called Cam’s (on Joni) and they recommended this shop. They took my sweet beautiful saab in overnight and checked it first thing in the morning. It was ok to go and safe to drive home to Phoenix and my own mechanic, to do the final repairs. Paul and Lilly (just like everyone says here!) were fantastic and their kids are pretty adorable as well. No fee for the diagnostic.
This is a very busy and well run shop, I can’t tell you how good it felt to be back in an ethical and trustworthy place. Wish I had found them first but that’s just the way it goes sometimes. Thank you for your honesty and friendliness !

Also, they do NOT scam you or try to make you do work on your car that is not needed. Very HONEST and sincere…
A women UnilocalED this place and only gave it ⁴⁄₅ stars BECAUSE they had a Romney Sticker… Really!!! What a fool, here is a place that a man on his own started up and runs and provides employment to others and this idiot deducts a point because he believes in hard work and self worth… Of course she loves Obama, someone who never worked outside of the public sector, or who owned his own business… IDIOT!!!

I have come to European Auto Service for years now and the service has always been top notch. As a woman it’s hard to get your car fixed or worked on without feeling ripped off. I have NEVER felt taken advantage of and will never go anywhere else. Lily is exceptional, always friendly and remembers little things like my name, my sons name, etc etc. That means a lot to me!
