Same day Service with a huge smile. I called in the late a.m. and got an appointment that day. My service guy, didn’t get his name, was very polite, proficient, and professional. He replaced the lock and was done in no time flat. Overall, I would recommend these folks over any other lock smiths in the desert. I’ve had a couple out that were much more expensive and much less friendly.

My garage door locked behind me today while I was packing things up to leave town. I only had a couple of ours before I needed to be at the airport and I needed to get back in the garage to close up. Someone arrived with in minutes and quickly got the door open. Totally saved my day. These guys were polite, curious and fast!

Dude was awesome. We had a hi end lock that was a hassle to pick. After some loud noise and persistence he hacked it and we were able to get in without damage to the lock. We were very impressed. Thx a million!

I felt like I was living an episode of The Twilight Zone. I needed new locks and a combination deadbolt installed ASAP. I found Resc-​U Locksmith on Unilocal and called because of their great reviews. First thing, I was impressed because a LIVE person answered the phone and was very helpful. Said his tech would be at my home in 30 – 45 minutes. Ziv arrived in 20! He was professional, clean, courteous and put up with my Bostons. While Ziv was here, he not only was professional by explaining and demonstrating how to program new codes — he was a calming voice of reason during a highly traumatic situation. He returned the next day to install a privacy lock at no additional charge for the call or hardware. I would recommend without hesitation that you call these guys and not bother with the rest.

I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment and called my leasing office but they where closed. I called the emergency number but got no response after 30 minutes so I started looking for a lock smith.
I called Resc-​U Locksmith after calling five other places. They were very friendly and not expensive at all. It took only five minutes to get a call back from one of their technicians (Isaiah). He was not only at my apartment within 10 minutes of the 20 minute waiting period but also had my apartment unlocked within five minutes with no damage done to my door.
I really recommend them if you ever get locked out. I will also be using them if I have another accident in the future, as well as referring them to my friends and family.

Oh boy, couldn’t wish for a better turn of events after losing my keys in the end of a night out in Palm Springs.
A technician showed up pretty quick considering the late night call (about 25 minutes). Ziv was very friendly and professional. Pricing was decent too, after shopping around I found out that Resc U had the best prices in the area.
Hopefully I will not need a locksmith anytime soon, but if I do, I won’t hesitate to use their services again.

Thank the desert area for these guys earlier today with a LIFE SAVING key retrieval from my truck (operator error haha!) Called one other place before this and said it would take over an hour for their person to get out to me and being pressed on time I was in luck my very next call was the one. I was visiting a friend in Palm Springs yesterday & I had accidentally left my keys in my car & I needed to be back in LA in 3 hours for a meeting.
