Unique Touch Carpet & Tile Cleaning

Boy oh boy are these guys good! Don’t even consider another company, period. They did both tile and carpet for us, and we’ll engage them again and again. Excellent quality that reflects their vision and values. I can’t wait to watch them grow!

I had «C» clean my carpets and they were not clean. I called «SS» and could not believe the price I got from them! I thought they wanted to rebuild my house! Then, I called Unique Touch. What a fabulous job! On time, quick, very professional, very careful with our furniture and doorways — I could go on and on! Luis did the job himself and did it perfectly! Luis is great and with a great personality too. OH, I almost forgot — the price was a as great as the work! Keep up the great work guys!

This company provided Excellent customer service as well as did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets– this is the second time I’ve had them come out to clean the carpets in my home and Both times they cleaned them better than another «well known» local company. They pay close attention to customer needs and even worked diligently to get a stain off of an expensive area rug that a guest had recently dropped something on that I was concerned wouldn’t come clean. Both technicians who arrived to clean the carpets were extremely polite, professional and friendly — I highly, highly recommend them!

I’m a little late with this post but I was very pleased with unique touch. They were here on schedule and completed the job very quickly. I will be calling them to clean my tile. I think you will be pleased with their service. If a stain comes back they will come back and take care of it. I would recommend them to friends.

The crew showed up on time and that was after a last minute appointment to clean our grandmothers condo. They worked all day with few breaks and got the 20 year old white tile and grout looking new. Very nice workmanship and we would recommend them whole heartily!

Unique Touch is fantastic. I found Mike and his crew on Unilocal last year. They do wonderful work. They cleaned our carpets beautifully. Over the summer we had them polish our stone floors. AMAZING! Customer service is top notch. In fact, Mike just came over practically on a moment’s notice to help me fine tune the furniture placement. Price is right. Very professional. I will use them again for sure. And I would recommend them to anyone.

Great experience from Mike and his crew. I had three bedrooms that needed cleaning one of which I thought needed to be recarpeted. They said they would do there best and that’s what they did. I have used Unique twice now. I read all the reviews & decided to give them a chance.
First, can I say how refreshing it is to have someone show up ON TIME! We knew the desert is very laid back, which is what we wanted. What we didn’t want was to wait around all day for a 10 a.m. appt. no calls, nothing, just show up around 2pm! What is that about? Unique was wonderful, both times they were very punctual.
The first time my carpets looked new when they dried!
The young man just left for the second time, so I will say so far, still wet, the carpet looks gorgeous.
The only reason I gave 4 stars this time is the technician forgot to clean two of the area rugs I’d pointed out that especially needed cleaning, and none of the furniture was moved or shifted to clean underneath (bone dry when I checked).
Perhaps these things were overlooked because there was only one guy this time to do the entire house. However, under the furniture was not really soiled, so I still say excellent company, and Yes, I probably will use them again.

They just left and OMG do my floors look great. I just bought a condo in Palm Springs which was used as a long term rental. It has tile floors throughout, except for marble in the bedroom. The grout was disgusting to say the least. So I called Unique and these two great guys showed up, right on time, and worked most of the day, even scrubbing the grout by hand! My floors look brand new. I know they took before & after pics, so I’m hoping they will post them to show you that not only is the grout now pure, clean & sealed, but the tile even cleaned up so it looks new! I can’t thank them enough, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Given my experience, you can book them with confidence. I even got a follow up call from the owner after completion to make sure I was happy with the work. Talk about great service. The best!

Extremely disappointed, the guys they sent took about an hour to do a half-​assed job. They moved one sofa about 3 feet and just went around anyThing else.
The guy in charge seemed to more interested in listing my house for his real estate business than cleaning my carpet.

I called Unique and scheduled an appointment. They were so polite, accommodating and professional. They showed up as scheduled on time. Today people don’t think that’s important apparently. The servicemen were nice looking and cleancut individuals. Both very nice. They promptly got to work on pretreatment and putting corner protection into place. I came back the next day to see nothing short of a miracle performed on the carpet. My elderly parents don’t clean very often and the carpets were a mess. I have included pictures of the before I’m sorry I didn’t take any after you’ll just have to take my word for it. I will hire them again they were fantastic! Thanks Unique Touch!

I can’t say enough great things about this company! Professional, courteous, accommodating! I have used their service for several years now for my homes and I recently bought a restaurant and know I needed their assistance. I called them last minute to come clean the carpets and they showed up within hours of my call! When they saw the large scope of the job, they had two more vans and crew at my location in no time!
They didn’t leave until the job was magnificently finished!
If you need any caret or tile work dine, don’t look further. Call these guys! They won’t disappoint!

We chose Unique Touch because of the Unilocal rating. We certainly weren’t disappointed! Luis Valencia arrived on time and was very professional. Before his work began he placed plastic bumpers around all of our corners so his hoses would not mark up the walls. I have used many carpet cleaning companies and this is the first time I’ve seen this care and thoughtfulness.
Luis did a fantastic job and the carpets look great. I was also surprised by the very fair price. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

I have moved into my house six years ago and just now had my carpets cleaned. I was very impressed with the true customer service that I received from Unique Touch Carpet Cleaning, the carpets look like if they switched them out with new carpet!
The two gentlemen, who arrived at my house, were, friendly and professional.
My wife will feel more comfortable because we now have a one year old son and now we have clean carpets.
We will definitely be on a maintenance schedule.

Recently purchased a vacation home in Palm Springs.
We arrived before the furniture in order to clean the home and get it ready for the furniture delivery. The carpets to be nasty, extremely dirty, heavily soiled… etc.
Professional help was needed (and not the mental kind) and it was needed quickly! Toot suite (the french way of staying it)
Contacted Unique Touch Carpet and Tile Cleaning and spoke with Mike Luna regarding the urgent situation that we had and how awful dirty carpets were ruining our lives.
Mike came to our home within two hours, prepared an estimate and squeezed us into his already busy schedule, see, everyone likes them!
Mike and his crew arrived two days later at the exact time of the morning appointment and worked for hours to complete the cleaning of the carpets and even the area rugs. The carpet cleaning was of the highest quality with the carpets looking like was brand new and just installed. More importantly, the «customer service» provided by them was just outstanding!
The service was delivered with the highest level of professionalism and focus on customer satisfaction.
I will definitely use Unique Touch again and highly recommend their services to others. Even if they live out of state, they are THAT GOOD!
