Pristine Carpet & Tile Cleaning

Will and Raul did a great job cleaning our area rugs, house and stairs. I would highly recommend them. They came within an hours notice I got the job done efficiently and reasonably. Definitely give them a shot if you’re looking to get your carpets or area rugs cleaned. I’ll use them again for sure.

Just had 2 bedrooms, closet & a small hallway cleaned… a job well done… Will, the man on the job arrived on time, accessed the job, left to pick up a helper & returned within 10 mins. They were efficient, helpful… spot cleaned a stain OUTSIDE our front apartment door …
Will certainly recommend this firm… loved the blue plastic booties they left for us to wear while the carpet drys out… carpets look great now.

I own a restaurant in downtown Palm Springs and our front patio floor is exposed to the outside elements and gets grimy with ground in dirt that builds up and becomes difficult for us to scrub and mop up adequately enough. The condition of the patio became a growing concern after having tried various degreasers and cleaners and finally out of frustration… I called Pristine. They had done a great job previously cleaning some carpeting for us earlier in the year. Ames came over, accessed the situation, and assured me that he believed without a doubt that he could handle the seemingly difficult task at hand. We discussed the special equipment he had that would first scrub and than steam the dirt and grime out.
About an hour and a half later… my patio looked great! Thank you Ames — from the Tonga Hut in Palm Springs.

Ames at Pristine Carpet &Tile is the man for the job. We called on Saturday and he was there on time Monday Morning as promised at the Condo in Rancho Mirage. Came in, did an estimate hired him on the spot and he did an amazing job. Cleaned the 9 year old carpet and all the Tile in the condo. He does not disappoint. My Great Dane (it couldn’t have been our petite poodle!!!) was sick and soiled pretty much our entire master bedroom carpet while we were out. I called Pristine Carpet and Ames was at our house within 1 ½ hours as he said. He did a thorough job and the carpet looks new again.

Ames was very cordial and professional in providing information about the cost, time availability and etc. He said the crew would be at my house at 10:30 AM and there were there on the dot. The crew was very polite and professional when they did the carpet cleaning. They made sure the job was finished to my satisfaction. Will be definitely using Pristine again! Prices were competitive and job well done.

Carpet looks good. Attitude of employee, not so much. I had been quoted for couches & 3 area rugs, plus the entire upstairs. When the gentleman got here to do the job & nixed the upstairs but also realized that in the initial quote I had totally forgotten I had a microfiber chair that could also use a cleaning, so I added that on. Upon completion of the job I even checked the couch in front of him and thought that it looked nice not realizing until after he left that there were still dog drool stains all over still. But as I checked the couch in front of the gentleman, he never mentioned «oh I didn’t do the couches would you like me to». So I called back and kindly asked if he might’ve forgotten one of the couches. That is when he revealed he hadn’t done any of the couches. I asked him if you could please come back and do the couches instead of me rescheduling another day. He seemed upset with this and when he arrived he didn’t speak to me. Customer service is everything. It was obviously a misunderstanding and he should’ve apologized for that and come out with no hesitation to finish the job. Hopefully, he actually is cleaning the couch. I will not be using them for my upstairs carpets.

We had James come clean and reseal our grout and it looked great. He is extremely professional and was here promptly as scheduled. I was really skeptical that he would get the grout completely cleaned, but he reassured me that he could do it. He even said if he couldn’t get it as clean as promised, he would reduce his price. It is great to see that honesty and level of service these days. I would highly recommend him to our friends!

One of my dogs was sick in the night and soiled a brand new wool area rug.
I called Pristine Carpet & Tile Cleaning at 7:15am and a live voice answered. Ames understood the urgency to get the rug cleaned and offered to come over between already scheduled appointments. He did just as he said and worked on the stains for 30 minutes. He was professional, concerned and a pleasure to have in my house.

I’ve used three different carpet cleaners and to be honest, they all seemed about the same. This one was the best because it has better value and the customer service was great! The guy was on time and worked hard. My only complaints are the ridiculous credit card charge (like 6% or something) and I was told the carpets would be dry in 2 hours but it took more like 24 hours!
I also got the house cleaning which was $ 118 for 2 cleaners for 2 hours. I have only used one other cleaner so I don’t have much for comparison.
I’ll be using this place again though!

We used Pristine Carpet and Tile Cleaning in December 2014 (SORRY for the super late review…) and they were amazing! Unilocal to the rescue yet again! We moved into a house previously owned by family so we ended up footing the bill for getting the place cleaned up to our liking. Pristine came in and cleaned all of our carpets and tile for a very reasonable price. They were professional, nice, and complete perfectionists. We had initially planned to rip all of the flooring up in the house because it was in such bad shape, but after the thorough tile cleaning it looked like it had been replaced with new tile. I was astounded!!! Also, the former owners had cats and I never thought we would get rid of the smell, but Pristine worked extra hard on the heavier soiled areas I pointed out and today I get ZERO cat smell! We were so happy with their work and we will definitely have them back to maintain our floors. Don’t hesitate to call them if you need your floors taken care of!
They also do furniture cleaning. I will update when I finally get around to getting our couches cleaned. I expect nothing less than perfection there too though. :)

Called Pristine on Tues and they came out on Friday to clean carpet in our home and RV. They arrived a few minutes early, cleaned the carpeting, cleaned up afterwards and and were very efficient! The carpet turned out nice but the fragrance was a little much but can deal with it.
Would use them again!
Called Ames at Pristine to come back out on Monday afternoon… one pet stain came back up and he was kind enough to come back to my home and clean it again.
Pet stain is gone, carpet looks and smells amazing!!!

Pristine Carpet and tile did a great job on our whole house. The tile looks like new, the grout is clean and the carpets are beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone. They use a truck mounted steam unit for the carpets which I know is the best way to clean them.

Just had my carpet cleaned by will from pristine carpet cleaning. It was our first time doing business with this company and I can honestly say I would hire them again. Will was very professional and friendly not to mention he did a wonderful job on the carpets, they came out like new! If you want to hire a carpet cleaning company go with PRISTINE, you won’t regret it.

Fantastic job. The owner, Ames, seems to be a good guy.
I called in the morning because I had spilled coffee on my bedroom carpet last week and repeated attempts to remove the stain myself were to no avail.
Pristine came out the same day. Did a great job and did it fast. They were in and out of my house in about 10 – 15 minutes and the stain was completely gone.
They took payment via credit card which was convenient.
Will use again.
