Alex did a great job and very professional work. He arrived on time and had a very vast selection of music that was needed for my event. Everything went flawless and I would highly recommend him to a friend or anyone that is in need of a good DJ out in the desert. Great work Alex and look forward to seeing you at the next event.

Alex did a fantastic job of DJ’ing for our annual Christmas Party. He was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating with our special music requests. I look forward to another event we can have Alex DJ for us again!

Alex is our DJ for Lou Ferrigno’s bodybuilding show, the Ferrigno Legacy. At an event such as this, athletes come to our venue at Agua Caliente Resort from around the world. These athletes have spent months, if not years preparing for this show. An issue with music can compromise all of that hard work, devastating the athlete and compromising the reputation of Lou Ferrigno. Fortunately with Alex, this kind of issue is of no concern. Alex went above and beyond joining us for hours prior to the show to assure the music was programmed perfectly. When showtime came, each athlete’s music was executed flawlessly. Alex will now be our team DJ performing annually at the Ferrigno Legacy and our newest show the NPC West Coast in Riverside, CA.

The year before I contacted Alex, my 2,000 guest event went great… except for the music. I learned the hard way that a good Dj is hard to come by and definitely not worth overlooking. After hiring Alex off
, he was more than I could have hoped and this year’s event was a total success!

Alex DJ’d our wedding in Palm Springs and it was absolutely perfect! He did such a great job! He met me in Palm Springs and we went through the entire ceremony and mapped out everything out. He went to the venue on his own time and walked it by himself without needing me. He then contacted my wedding planner and got dialed in with her which took so much off my plate as the DJ was my sole responsibility so he helped me nail it thanks! As for the event he had it all on point. No wrong songs or even wrong versions of songs every one was on point and played at the right time which is not the usual, engaged couples beware! lol He moved his DJ stand three times as the event progressed and didn’t miss a beat. To say the event went perfect is an understatement. Now for the reception… Ive never seen so many people dance so hard in their life and thats all I wanted. No awkward songs where everyone leave the floor. I couldn’t say more about this gentleman. Very professional, very detailed with excellent follow through and punctuality. He gave me a truly awesome wedding so this is my gift to him. His prices were half of what the big headed DJ’s want to charge you to plug in their IPOHNES and hit play. He owns his music so no awkward Spotify commercials during your event.

Alex DJ’d our wedding this past weekend. Alex was extremely nice and professional and was so easy to work with! Alex is accommodating, even meeting us at our wedding venue, and played all of our favorite music. Definitely a crowd pleaser! I highly recommend Alex for your next event!

Alex Updike DJ’d my daughter’s 8^th grade promotion dance in June of this year. I had contacted him a few months prior and established the date. We met a couple of weeks before the dance to discuss song choices and he was professional, sweet and easy going. He made is super easy. His cost was more than affordable for the 5 hours he worked! Alex kept the entire evening upbeat (and that can be hard to do with 5 hours 25 — 14 year olds). All of the music he played was just what the kids ordered, and then some! He was good with kids and adults, alike and we/​they enjoyed every minute of our evening. We were sad to see it end. I highly recommend having Alex DJ your next event!

Alex Updike is an excellent DJ! He knows how to get a crowd moving, and his mixes are flawless! He seems to have an endless selection of great songs for any type of party – great playlists with irresistible beats. He’s low-​key onstage and really nice in person! He’s one of the best DJs I’ve heard in the Coachella Valley.

I had the pleasure of seeing Alex Updike perform at the Red Barn a few weeks ago. He killed it, this track selection is on point, mixing is incredible. I’m thinking about getting married soon and probably going to use Alex as my wedding DJ. When I saw him in the club setting I’m sure he can do any other setting as well
