Everyone in the crew is professional. I’ve seen different dentist, hygienist, assistant and billing. They all have made me feel at ease while in the chair. Billing was thoroughly explained along with all options on procedures. I picked up some business cards to pass to friends for referrals.

This is an overdue review, but i just started Unilocaling to praise the recent places i have visited. Such a great visit! Scaling; deep clean, fillings and laser clean. I did all the above in one visit without nerve block. I only used topical numbing (at my request, although they did insist i should nerve block). Cant remember all the names of the great staff, but i can tell u that her hands/​work were so light, i actually felt as if my gums were being massaged rather than deep cleaned. Leilani the mgr. Worked with my situation to keep my pockets from being empty, HUGE PLUS!!. My wife and i traveled from san diego as we don’t trust anyone with our mouths. My wife hates the dentist in general and was very Comfortable and pleased with how easy her treatment was considering the work to b completed. (Scaling, root canal, fillings, cleaning.) We were there for a few hours, but again, we both had ton of work done. For those of u who expect to be in and out, then u dont understand how a dr.‘s appts work. As long as i’m taken care of professionally and with great expertise, i will wait. I will b back for future visits and willing to travel as long as i get tge same service, which im confident i will.

My whole family actually enjoys going to the dentist now that we found Gateway Dental. My daughter even reminds me when it’s time for her check up!

Three stars even though this is only my second visit, only because of wait time. Last time I waited 30 minutes and was only brought into s room to wait more because I asked if I could just reschedule. Today I checked in at 1.50 for my 2:00 appointment. It’s 2.35 and have yet to be called. However the staff are very nice, professional and caring once you’re being treated.

Just came here for my first dental work, and I had a great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. I had 3 wisdom teeth pulled, by oral surgeon Michael Koury. He’s great. He also extracted a tooth for me at a dental office in West Palmdale, and also had a pleasant experience. Overall, I see Gateway Dental being my permanent dentist for a while ! :)

I went for a cleaning, with the lovely and talented Amber, and learned Dr. Young has moved to San Francisco to open her own practice. I wish Dr. Young nothing but the best and all the luck in the world. Now turn down the lights as I sing the arietta I made for Dr. Young…

I agree, the staff is awesome, but the doctors are constantly changing. The wait is what kills me. I arrive before my appointment time, but it never fails, I wait no less than 45 mins to get to the back, then another 10 – 15 mins. My time is valuable too. I also agree that the prices are high. My insurance will pay 1500 for braces. They quoted me over double. My ins pays for cleanings so they strongly recommend a deep cleaning and now I have to come out the pocket. You trust doctors so you’ll pay. I too have experienced two botched jobs. 1– laser deep cleaning. My mouth bleed all weekend. I called the emergency number and was giving instructions to follow until Monday. Doctor says the hygienists burned my gums. 2– Root canal and bought the recommended expensive crown. Well, they didn’t remove all the nerves. I had to see a specialist and then he had to drill through my expensive crown. Both cases, they reminded me of the rarity of these cases. The gums healed with a rinse and the crown was still on the tooth so you can give it back. I was given a very small credit. My insurance suggested I find a different office. Basically stop going to the dentist until I chipped my tooth while brushing. I had not taken the time to find a different dentist so back to GW I go, but after my usual hour wait yesterday for a chipped tooth, We’re done. It took 2 mins to file the tooth even and tell me it wasn’t cracked. I read the reviews and I’m amazed. Everyone I spoke to about this office had bad experiences. Bottom line, I would NOT recommend this office.

I have to write a review about a review. The person who complained about paying 1750 for TWO root canals and TWO crowns… That is cheap. You should have payed double that price. Go price around and find out how out of date you are. Root canals and crowns are not cheap. You need to edit your review.

I’ve currently had to repair work Dr. Kim botched. He is the dentist who destroyed my teeth to the cost of 9,998.00 dollars in repairs for restorative work. I will update this review with pictures, links and a list of failure after failure due to his incompetence. I’ll start with #1 he extracted a tooth, broke the root to the adjacent tooth and the root canal adjacent to that. I regret ever going here!
I give one star based on Amber the hygienist who is honestly very kind. I don’t know ANY of the other doctors. I tried calling over 5 times to have repairs, I was told I would receive a call back from Dr. Kim, I never was called back.
In fact, the hygienist questioned his work while I was getting a cleaning. She had noticed he had not smoothed out a filling. I called to tell him he insisted he already did the smoothing out of the tooth but he never did. After that he just wouldn’t call me back. I was very kind and nice I don’t understand how a dentist could have such disregard.
Like I said I plan to post the restorative procedures I’ve had to do elsewhere, from the damages that were caused by him.
UNLESS he was fired, or moved to another office I can’t see how ANYONE would be happy or post positively about his unethical work.
Also proof is in the pudding, he clearly could not read X-​Rays otherwise he would have seen that my excruciatingly painful extraction wasn’t dry socket, it was because he broke both adjacent teeth at the root and the pin root canal. The hygienist Amber helped heal the hole with a laser and An anti microbial mouthwash. She said he «should have packed it for me»
Over the last year I’ve been restoring my bite, teeth, roots, dis colored fillings (yellowed bad color matching), gum tissue, you name it. The really sad and upsetting thing is I was so happy initially with the work because I thought it looked good but it all just started falling out 3 months after. The team of doctors from UCLA and a administrative assistant at the ADA assured me this was not anything I could have prevented due to his inappropriate and substandard work. More to come!

Dr. Easley is awesome! I hate going to the dentist but not anymore. It’s hard to find a great dentist. She is caring, knowledgeable and understanding. I would recommend her to anyone seeking excellent dental care. Also, the hygenist Amber Davis was great too. Thank you for taking care of me! :)

I’ve been coming to this office for over a year now because of Dr Easley. She’s a great dentist and patients are her number one priority. Been reading many help reviews and people just say it’s expensive. It all depends on the insurance you have just saying. The prices for me are great. Staff is professional and the office is always clean. Never had a bad experience. Just ask for Dr Easley.

WHAT CAN I SAY MECHANICS AND DENTIST, WE LOVE TO TO HATE THEM LOL
I did my shopping around, trust me I did. I even switched to PPO so that I could come and go as I please, trying out different offices… But this office here was the one. Are there lower priced offices in the AV I am sure there is, but LOWER doesn’t always mean good quality work, NOR Does Paying more mean you will get Good Quality Work. HOW DO I KNOW, well the office I went to before Gateway was SUPPOSEDLY the place to go, its all state of the art and BS. HUH NOT SOOOO MUCH. EVERYTHING HE DID, and i mean everything had to be redone, I am almost done fixing his screw up, Has it come at a price, yes it has a BIG Price. BUT this office here, let me tell you. The front office staff and back offices and Drs. are awesome. I have a deathly fear of needles and my Dr. Easley is great about babying me LOL when it comes to the needles… she kind of does this sneak attack, I like it. Shes friendly and jokes with you and makes you comfortable. SOME dentist can be a little stiff .

Actually followed thru with his dental care, he is pain free, had teeth fixed, pulled, partials, cleaning. It was not an easy rode. for anyone. Especially Dr Easley, BUT she was great with him. My father has Agoraphobia and Closterphobia and let me tell you those are the 2 worst things to have when you have to go to the dentist. But Dr. Easley handled it like a champ. I am sure she did some Cussing when we weren’t there, LOL… But my dad always left the office saying the same thing, THEY are great, which is big for him, Considering during this time the only time he left the house was to go to the dentist,
Do not look at prices when shopping for a dentist, because that is not what is important, its the quality of work and the people there and how they treat you.
PS. IF YOU GO, YOU MUST ASK FOR CARLA SHE IS A RAY OF SUNSHINE ALWAYS SMILING AND HAPPY, KIND OF LIKE A DISNEY CHARACTER… LOL some of this is a little sarcasm, she and i have a rapport … Enjoy Carla. LOL

Very surprised to read negative reviews they got me in same day on an emergency. The office staff is super sweet and the dentists are awesome! I had 2 root canals and 2 crowns and I had a wonderful experience!

Where were these dentist 10 years ago. Best experience. I walked out saying that was awesome. I will recommend them to everyone. Awesome staff and doctors thank you. I can now say I’m not scared to go to the dentist

Really disappointed to have to leave this review. Never even got to be a patient. Called to make an appointment and expressed that I lived over an hour away so I wanted to be sure that I could bring the whole family of 4 in together. NOPE. They have a policy that only two family members can be seen for a visit. No exceptions, regardless of where you live or how many appointments you are willing to make back to back.

Sadly I’m in debt 1750 with this place, should of shopped around to find better prices elsewhere. Nice facility, nice people but they charge an arm and a leg, overall not happy, I got two root canals and crowns and I feel It was all over priced

Would give it a negative if I could. Horrible experience from the very first time I picked up the phone to make an appointment. No one seems to know what’s going on in terms of your insurance & I have to chase around the receptionist to make an appointment to continue my list of treatment!!! I will never go back or recommend anyone here. It’s a shame too because the doctors are amazing & do great work. It’s just those crazy receptionist’s that need to get it together.

I’ve been coming to Gateway for a couple of years now and it’s the best dental experience I’ve had. They have state of the art technology and I’m very impressed with the professionalism of all the staff there.

These guys are fantastic. From the minute you walk in everyone is friendly. Everything is new and clean. The Dentists are fantastic and very personable. Everything is explained in a clear manner. They got me in as a new patient on a same day emergency with absolutely no hassle. Their specialist was also great and a million times better than my old dentist. I will definitely refer people to them!

3.5 stars. I am new in town looking for a dentist and I think I found my dentist in Littlerock. Found them by driving by since the building is in the huge plaza that has Petsmart, Target, Ross, Staples, and Home Depot; across from Bank of America (all of which I have been going to since I’ve moved here).
I’ve had two visits to this office so far. And so far so good except the waits have been kind of long (20−30min) even though I came in with an appointment. The receptionists are very polite and nice, with calm, helpful voices. Office itself is clean and pretty new. The technicians are very nice and friendly. I had Dr. Amit Shah. He also is very calm, friendly, and explains everything. I got my cavity filled, and Dr. Shah was quick and efficient, making sure I was comfortable and not feeling any pain. I referred my sister to this office and she also just made an appointment to see Dr. Shah.
I didn’t have insurance my first visit and I took advantage of their $ 39 new patient special, that includes exam, xray, and cleaning. The prices for services are pretty steep in my opinion if you don’t have insurance. However, anyone looking for a good value dental insurance I think SafeGuard Premier is pretty good for the price and its benefits. Paid probably ¼ of what I’m supposed to pay for my cavity filling which SafeGuard.
It’s been a pleasant experience so far but would like to review again after my next appt.
