McDonald’s

Stopped here going out of town at 10:30pm to get a coffee and ice cream for the kids and they had neither. Waited 20 minutes just to get out of the line. I was not going to buy something just to buy something.

This is my first ever complaint on here and for me to complain because I’m very dissatisfied with the service has to be a lot because I’m a manager at an establishment and I HATE when people complain over little things, I understand that things happen in the work place and series of unfortunate events happen at times, but when you have me waiting in my car for 10 minuets for a large caramel frap, and 20 minuets in line for the person taking my order at drive through to get frustrated with me because they couldn’t hear (gave them the benefit of the doubt because it’s windy) and they were still rude and not looking me in the eye. I’ve never been so upset with service, they didn’t even compensate for the wait, they gave us pies… I do not eat pies, a simple and sincere «I’m sorry» would have done for me when they were handing me my coffee after 10 minuets, even then I had to call them to remind them we were outside! I know how long it takes to make an iced blended/​frap. 2 minuets! I do not know what took them 10 minuets, never returning to this location again, just ONE bad experience from a million ok experiences and it ruined the chances of me going back, thank you for listening

It amazes me how consistently horrible the food and service is at the restaurant year after year. Every 6 months to a year I’ll eat there since it’s very convenient for me and it never fails to be horrible. Today I stopped by and had cold burger and fries. I asked for no pickles and of course got pickles. The person who took my order spoke very good English which was a nice surprise but didn’t understand it apparently. He asked me twice if I wanted ketchup I told him twice just in the burger no extra ketchup he gave me probably 15 packets of ketchup. No big deal I just threw them away but it goes to show how systemic the problems are there, and again over more than 10 years I’ve lived here this place has never served an acceptable meal in my opinion I always drive to the Mc Ds on Palmdale Blvd if I want it

This place never seems to be stocked on anything. Breakfast, I order oatmeal, they don’t have any. I said ok, then let me get a frappé, «sorry machine doesn’t work». A day later, stopped by in the evening. I ordered an ice cream, «sorry we ran out.» Like WTH.

They can’t make the caramel iced coffee taste good anymore. Huge waste of money. They either add way to much extra cream if you ask for it or the coffee is extremely bland if you don’t ask for extra cream.

Male Hispanic manager at drive through is a a hole! Doesn’t speak grabs ur card n throws receipt through drive thru window n shuts window so he won’t hear it

Horrible service. Was greeted with attitude. My frozen strawberry lemonade wasn’t frozen… AND my «cheeseburger w/​no pickles or onions» had BOTH. SMH …

This Mc Donalds couldn’t be worse if they wanted to I learned my lesson & no longer go there No condiments, no cheese, & believe it or not I once got 2 cheese burgers NO meat Yes they forgot to put the meat in the darn burger & the fountain drinks were never good Stay away from this place If I could I’d give it 0 stars

Been coming here for the 1 dollar drinks through the drive-​through. Maybe been inside about 7 times out of the 8 years in Palmdale usually get the order wrong never give me ketchup with out charging me $.50. Extremely slow most of the time to busy trying to keep the drive thru line on check. On the plus side there’s free wifi and soft drinks refills not much positive coming out of this place.

This mc Donald’s is the slowest along with the walmart same owners there are ALWAYS a lot of flys it grosses me out I always loose my appetite cause it is so dirty

Two days later and still no sodas at this Mc Donald’s. I wonder if the $ 1 soda promo is ending soon and this location would like to end it earlier so they are doing it their way. I don’t know what is going on but it makes no sense to me.
This is the same McDonalds that will keep you at the speaker for 10 – 15 minutes in the morning and then come on and tell you that breakfast hours are over. This has happened to me three times at this location.
I’m not sure why they are not being shut down or regulated by corporate. The employees are slow and it’s constantly out of things. Get your act together all I wanted was lousy Hi-​C Orange drink.

If I could give this Mc Donald’s zero stars I would. Unfortunately, Unilocal forces me to at least give them one star. They have the worst customer service in the drive thru. I can honestly say I pray that they get my order correct when I stop by. Which most of the time it’s wrong.
There are times when they charge me for items & somehow forget to give them to me. Other times they get it right but they don’t give me straws, napkins, or ketchup. Of course there are the few times they get my order complete wrong. So I always hope for the best but of course they always find a way to disappoint me.
Today I stop for breakfast with my wife. I asked they lady at the drive thru for hot sauce & ketchup. She quickly responded it’s in the bag & shut the window. It really pissed me off that she was rude. So then I noticed my wife needed a straw for her drink. So of course the worker never open the window again. We just ended up leaving.
We were about 5 miles away when my wife & I took a sip of our drinks. I had a Carmel ice coffee & my wife had a white moca latte. Both our drinks had no flavor. Mine tasted like ice water. So I ended up driving back to Mc Donald’s to complain & get them replaced.
I spoke with the manager & explained to her how rude the worker was. Then I told her about the drinks. She was kind enough to give me large drinks & extra pies. I thanked her for help, but I also explained to her that I wish I could just get decent service when I stop by.

Slowest drive thru!!! Not a McDonald’s you should go to if your in a rush in the morning ! Actually it’s slow throughout the day!

Worst Mc Donald’s ever! Drive-​thru is the worst of all! Bad service and they don’t give you the right food. Go to jack in the box who’s next in the corner :)

Every time I come to this McDonalds there is always something wrong… One time they were out of French fries, another time they were out of ketchup. Tonight they are out of Dr Pepper… You’d think a company like McDonalds would check out their franchises and make sure they keep the ESSENTIAL McDonalds items in stock.

I have been here a few times, usually in the summer when I want to cool off, have a drink, and use the free WiFi. I stopped in today to get a McRib, it has been several years since I have had one and I thought I would have one for lunch today. I also ordered a Holiday Mint McFlurry.
The lady that took my order was nice and smiled as she took my order. My food was ready in a couple of minutes. The McRib was warm and tasted fine and the McFlurry was good too.
This McDonald’s is located on the North-​West corner of 47^th Street East and Avenue S where the Chevron station is, in fact it is blended into the Chevron Food Mart. If you enter the food mart you have direct access to McDonald’s. As far as McDonald’s go this one is about in the middle, I’ve been to better but I have been to worse too.
