Great customer service… However my coffee tasted very much like it was watered down. They were willing to correct issue so they made me a new one, but the new one tasted exactly the same. Happy with customer service but not the product.

Marisol so rude!!! I ask if she can toss a can Of red bull, and she decline cause is not allow !! After i spend $ 20bucks in coffes and apple juice! What a jokei never hear that before!! btw the look she gave me was mean

Same advice is always go inside rather than driving through in the mornings. So much quicker and you get to look at all the cute little things for sale

I stopped over a quick morning coffee on a weekday here. I am not a Starbucks person but this was my only option :/​. It’s in a nice quite little setting. The service was good however I did feel sorry for the lady who was rushing to get the orders complete, they seemed understaffed to me. But don’t let that stop you from going in there. Nicely located with good parking and a drive through.

I go to this location every single day, Alonso always takes my order quickly and makes the best caramel macchiato I really like the morning crew. The drive thru moves quickly. So if you want fast service and great fresh brewed coffee I recommend going on the morning

My green tea frappé or caramel frappé is always great. Drive thru is typically fast and friendly. Its great here when its not packed. I give it only 4 stars because it does suck when its packed but to be fair its a small location, besides the one inside target, serving the whole east side.

Love starbuck. But this store suck. They do not give accurate orders and when confronted I was give hard time by manager.

Went in today thru the drive-​thru of this Starbucks this lady at the window and ordering window was great. I went to redeem my birthday reward and she constantly said happy birthday with a smile and was very polite and smiling nonstop. I didn’t get her name and I thought it would be on the receipt, but it wasn’t. Anyways she was the reason I gave a five to this restaurant.

I am soooooooooo disappointed that some of the partners at this location insist on arguing about half and half. I order the same thing every day 2x a day and why is it that when I ask for extra half and half in the drive through they want to charge me extra when it’s for free in the lobby, really!!! I only use drive through cuz I have 2 toddlers and getting off with them is such a mission. I am simply disappointed that they are not providing the 3^rd place experience. Me an ex-​partner who continues to own stock feel so sad that this fine organization has come to this… To the guys here and some of the girls u rock but for those few u r a sad excuse for a barista. There goes ur tip.

As much as I would like to justify my negative experience on the chaos of a typical Saturday morning, this time I simply cannot (especially after working in a couple different coffee spots).
It was the morning of my best friend’s wedding and we didn’t order anything out of the ordinary. The bridesmaid before me ordered a mocha frappé with a cream base for her little girl and I a mocha frappé as is– no whip. However when I received my drink it tasted like a frozen hot chocolate. I waited patiently at the pick up area but seeing that there was no way I could possibly get the attention from the non-​stop employees, I merely went to the cashier as she had no line.
I told her that my tall mocha frappé indeed had no mocha/​coffee in it and that they could just re-​blend it with some coffee base or espresso shot and I would wait. She told me that I ordered a mocha frappé with cream base to then I told her my friend did, not I. She gave me some attitude and said, «Fine, I’ll remake it for you…» which she made it personally herself (extra slow at that– no wonder she was a cashier).
2 – 3 minutes later she handed me my drink WITH WHIP and to my surprise it was the exact same drink I was made previously… no mocha… no coffee flavor, purely chocolate. I scooped off the whip cream in front of her and told her it did not taste like coffee which she was extremely short with me and said it was a mocha. I told her I will take it but will never return (as if she cares).
After sharing this experience with the other bridesmaids in the car, they told me I should have pretended I was the bride and thrown a fit for the laugh of it. Too bad I am a terrible actress… that would have made a great snapchat or Instagram post.
Get some better employees with better attitudes please. The customer is NOT always right but in this case, I definitely was and was super nice about it.

This our favorite coffee place. Close to home and always has a friendly staff. Since my husband and I are incurable caffeine addicts, they all got to know us pretty quick. Learning our favorite drinks and our unique preferences. On the very rare occasion a drink isn’t quite right, they would always remake it perfectly. Atmosphere in the coffee shop is wonderful, wonderful music, plenty of comfortable seating. And a nice patio area for those of us with dogs that travel everywhere with us.

I work in Littlerock so unfortunately this is the last stop for coffee before I get to work.
It doesn’t matter if I go through the drive through or go inside they always manage to mess up my order.
I get a grande red eye with two pumps of classic syrup and cream and I explain it every single time I go and every single time it’s wrong.
The customer service is off the charts bad, when they don’t know what my drink is the employee’s get an attitude when I’m trying to explain it.
People who work go to Starbucks to get coffee cause they don’t have the time to make it at home, well from now on I will find the time because I’m so tired of these people that make coffee for a living not getting it right and their bad attitudes.
47^th and S you’ve lost a customer which sucks for you cause I go there 3 to 5 times a week.

This is my place for green ice tea and my oatmeal in the morning I always make a point to ask if they have any specials of the day because if you don’t ask they will not tell you.

This place just keeps getting worse their staff is horrible its mind blowing how this employees costumer service sucks. I’m a gold member I’m a daily Starbucks drinker and they don’t even know my name. district managers should fired all their employees including their manager, shift leaders that are all in a bad mood. I want someone friendly that actually has a nice face to greet u. I hope Starbucks can do something about this. Also their drinks are always a gamble they don’t make them good at all only at times

First off if The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf wasn’t 10miles away id never visit this «coffee shop.» If you want to be in and out quickly your best bet is the drive-​thru cz it seems they (SBx) give the cars a higher priority. Inside you may wait longer but if the right crew is working you’ll be on your way in no time. So… use the drive thru Always unless you’re walking, cycling, your drivers window doesn’t roll down or maybe not even have a car. Like most Sbx it’s a great place to mooch and squat on weekends (i suggest in Pajamas), the money saved on the interness gives ability to splurge on venti iced waters… win win.

Umm out of whip cream, out of lemonade, out of grande ice cups. Sad.
Then she tries to sell me the venti, umm NO! Put grande drink in the venti cup. It obviously won’t fit in the tall cup. Duh!

It’s so conveniently located down the street, 30 seconds away, and has a gas station right next to it.
My rating is because I don’t frequent coffee houses, I’m not that big of fan of Starbucks and this certain location takes FOREVER!
Every time I’ve gone which is rare, it’s same thing. Waiting inside for what seems an eternity or worse, waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes! You could literally be on the other side of town.
