Favorite Starbucks in town. The staff here is so friendly and the drinks are always made amazing. Kaydee gives awesome service :)

Was just helped by Neil, excellent customer service! Nice people, but they are very slow.

I went 20 minutes early for work so I went through the drive way at 12:40 and I did not get it for an additional 15 minutes. At that point the barista who were two girls «forgot» to put my order in. Probably too busy boasting how they got off in 5 minutes. Very rude about it and silly.

While my wife and I generally enjoy Starbucks, especially around the holidays I have to say our recent visit will most likely be our last! My wife and I were in shock when we went through the drive through and place our order for there «By One Get One». We entered the drive through right around 4:55 p.m. give or take a minute for different clocks, We placed our order for 2 drinks with the understanding that our 2 kids hot cocoa would be, heck my son even asked what flavors of holiday drinks they had that were included in the «By One Get on»! he chose the egg nog, anyway, the order taker confirms are order and the price flashed on the drive through screen showing the 2 free drinks and the 2 charged drinks, Well almost 10 minutes latter we finally get to the window and the employee tells us sorry there computer just reset since the offer ended at 5 p.m. that all the drinks would be charged! REALLY! I looked at my car radio clock it said 5:07 my cell phone 5:06 and I’m like really we wait in line after ordering for over 10 minutes AFTER WE PLACED AND CONFIRMED OUR ORDER AND TOTAL, and now because you messed up 2 different orders in front of us causing a longer delay we don’t get the by one get one? screw that, just cancel the order I told him, he said all 4 drinks! We duh, I told him why would I pay for 4 drinks when less than 10 minutes ago I was only going to pay for 2! I can’t believe this is how you do business! as we pulled out of the drive through waiting to turn it looked like several other customers did the same behind us. Starbucks needs to train and educate there people. I could understand if we got there after 5 etc. but our order was taken during the promotion in the drive through lane, confirmed by the order taker and displayed on the screen! Had we been inside and paid at the same time we actually ordered it would of been a non issue, When you have inept employees screwing up orders and those who are stuck behind waiting to pay should still get the promotion! especially when the order was placed before 5 PM! I hope they wasted a lot of drinks yesterday because of it! Someone will notice the waste, but unfortunately like many big corp. they just don’t care anymore!

If you’re in a hurry be sure not to go through their drive thru. A minimum of 15 minutes wait if not more. Not sure why it takes them so long. Walk in and you’re in and out. Idk if it’s because they’re a newer location, but get your act together Starbucks.

Saturday morning didn’t wait that
complaints, patient staff my son couldn’t decide what to order, but she was cool in gave suggestions.

Typical starbucks, always busy. but the line outside usually moves pretty fast!
They have an outside sitting area which is pretty relaxing to sit and have a chat while you sip that expensive addicting coffee.

Went to this Starbucks drive thru and the wait was ridiculous!!! Was late back to work. Once we got to the window we payed then the girl apologizes for the wait says our drinks will be up then hands us something that we didn’t order. Smh! Then asked what we had ordered and turns out they were just sitting on the side of her! Wow. Horrible

I simply love Starbucks, spice latte is back my first of the season. employees have always been friendly.

There is certainly Wi-​Fi here, we even asked the staff and there always has been. Sitting here late night with an awesome crew, this is the nicest place to stop for coffee in the area when you’re on the road late. Definitely recommend.

Barista working at the bar at 3:33 today, was extremely rude. For the price we pay for coffee at Starbucks, it is unacceptable for a barista to treat anybody rudely. She was not calling names on cups nor the name of the drinks. When we asked her to add cream to our iced coffee she snapped saying «this is cream!» And was very slow moving making the drinks in general. The other associates were kind & sweet, especially the ultra bubbly cashier! Just disappointed in the girls attitude And the very big mess she was making behind the bar.

Best Starbucks in Palmdale as of January 2015. They changed a lot of the staff and whatever they’re doing, they’re doing it right! Great customer service and they never mess up my order! Management is doing a great job

This Starbucks has slipped recently. They do not keek items stocked and the cases are always half empty. They don’t seem to be able to keep staff and the new people are not well trained.
But the incompetence ran deep tonight. I tried to order a chocolate croissant in the case, it was clearly marked with a sign and was clearly a chocolate croissant. The clerk said there were none So I walked over and pointed it out but she was adamant that they had none. It was like the Monty Python skit about crazy shop clerks. Mind boggling. Someone needs to explain to the staff that the display case with names and prices is stuff for sale not museum pieces.
Really bad training here.

During our entire visit; waiting our turn in line, waiting for drink orders, and enjoying our drinks, a large spill and a mop (picture provided) remained in the middle of the dining area untouched. Along with other rubbish on the floor In concerned that the area in which my beverages are prepared is equally as nasty.

Love the employees who work here very polite. They make sure u happy with your drink if they made it right or if they made a mistake they apologize n remake ur drink it’s very clean n nice n big so if u like to study at a coffee spot it would be here free WiFi n they have a nice outdoor patio too. I’m a very loyal customer of Starbucks n this store because it’s the closes to my house even tho I know there is the one by 10^th street by SAMs Club this is my favorite location I the staff here. I love that they remember what my order is so I love that they know there customers to that level to know what they order I do recommend this Starbucks people enjoy ur coffee n the rest of ur day #STARBUCKS #1 ## #COFFEE #

This is a great Starbucks. It’s so nice to visit a place that consistently has great service and gets your order right.

Sooo I agree so far this is the best Starbucks in the AV. I usually go through the drive thru and I must say they have fast service, very nice window people and the main reason is that they have all the ingredients to my favorite drinks. Most places like the one on 45 th st Palmdale and 3 rd st Palmdale will tell me they don’t have the ingredients needed it’s laughable and irritating. Good job guys !!!

After a family wedding down the street I needed my fix of some Chestnut Praline Latte before heading over my sisters for the night.
Drive Thru was extremely slow and I was car #2, but I think Car #1 were those type of people that are two in a car and then make phone calls or get phone calls asking or ordering more drinks after you have placed your order.
Two door car and 6 drinks later Car #1 moves on and I get my Latte that was on the side by the window probably looking at me from behind the tented window asking why she was not in my hand.
Latte was still hot and I was good to go.
Place is right next to Wendy’s and behind a Lowes and close to the on and off ramp of the 14 freeway.

No WiFi!!! Place is not neatly kept either.
Came here to study & need Wifi, so this sucks!

The fastest Starbucks in the AV. Great selection of products. The morning team is excellent! I love their selection of holiday gifts.
