Bay Area Airports Taxi Dispatch

I used them fairly regularly for about a year and half before I moved out of the Bay Area. They did all my airport pick-​ups and drop offs between SFO/​SJC and home. They are really reliable and friendly. Highly recommend it.

Reliable and friendly company! I use them at my work to get customers and clients out to the airport on time. I tell them what time my guest wants to leave and they arrive at least a few minutes early. I haven’t heard good stories of Über taking people from Palo Alto to SFO and I’ve heard nothing but good news for this company!

Just wanted to chime in with another good experience. We needed a taxi to catch a 5:30am flight out of San Jose. Called the day before, and the taxi was at our place at 4:50am, ten minutes early. That gave us plenty of time to load up and be right on time at the airport. Would definitely use again

I took a cab from San Bruno to Palo Alto and this guy was not one second late. Call me right when I needed to get picked up and he said he was outside. Professional, friendly, and a reliable service. I’ll definitely use him again in the future.

I have always had a great experience with this service. The drivers are always courteous and on time. I rarely rate anyone so highly, but these guys have earned it.

All their cabs are clean. I always use them for airport drop off and pick ups. They give good price. They been helpful sending minivans for our vacation trips with lot of luggage.

Very friendly and fast. They took my order, asked me to wait a couple minutes for confirmation, then called back promptly to tell me that someone is on the way. 10 minutes later I’m in a clean taxi cab talking to a very friendly driver. Number saved in My Contacts!!!

This is the best taxi service in the area! TJ is friendly and very professional. Rides to San Jose airport and San Francisco airport were quick and painless. I recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Tj is the man! He’s friendly and can take you anywhere in the bay, if he can’t pick you up he makes sure someone will be there to pick you up.

Based on my experience, I echo everything said about great service — both the dispatcher and driver were very polite, and my ride went smoothly. The fare was reasonable and the van seemed pretty clean. I would recommend this company and use it again.

Great service and the driver was very professional and courteous. Got picked up from Belmont and got taxied over to downtown San Fran with no issue.
Driver even gave me some tips on sightseeing and where to go for tours, sweet!

I got a taxi from Sunnyvale to Santa Cruz two days before driver was so friendly. Actually I scare when I travel in hill area but mike was very good driver, I enjoy my trip. For long trip in future I will use this company again and will request to.

Ordered a cab from this place after reading good reviews on Unilocal.
Requested for a pickup at 8AM and had boked online the night before, got an email confirmation at 7:15AM saying the cab will pick me up at 8, so I started to get ready. The cab driver tries to call me at 7:30 (that I could not receive as I was getting ready and was in the shower) trying to tell me that he’ll be there in 5 mins. When I called him back at 7:50, he said that because I did not pick up the call at 7:30, he left and cannot come back now because 8AM is a very ‘busy’ time. And all this even though I was ready 10 mins before the scheduled pick-​up time.
Very unprofessional service, if I call a cab for 8AM, the cab driver should not decide on his/​her own to arrive 30 mins early and leave because I am not ready. 8AM did not ‘suddenly’ become busy, they could have told me in advance in the first response email itself. I was left stranded with 2 big suitcases on the sidewalk in the rain (and getting late for my appointment).

Well I am giving stars after using them for long time for my rides to airports and other different places. Have been picked by most of their drivers, great customer service, always on time very patient and helpful. thanks guys. Keep doing good job!
