Always on time (or earlier rather) and reasonably priced! Always courteous and responsive and considerate.
I would recommend their service to anyone.

I used E Z Limo twice this month — first to get to SFO and then I emailed from Europe for a pickup again at SFO. I received a prompt email confirmation about my pickup. The driver was at the airport waiting and the ride home was easy and relaxing after a long trip. Overall, great service and reasonably priced. I will use this car service again.

EZ Limo was fantastic! No hassle, pick up on time, good clean car, professional driver, reasonable price. I have tried other car services to the airport, and Sujesh’s customer service is just leagues better. First of all, Sujesh was quick to respond to price quotes requested through EZ Limo’s website. I got a quote within an hour and confirmed my trip on Saturday after Thanksgiving within minutes after that. Then, the day of my trip, Sujesh called me to confirm, and I really appreciated that because the last thing I wanted was to be left waiting at the airport without a pickup (which has happened to me with another car service).
Then, by some miracle, my flight arrived 25 minutes early. I called Sujesh when I landed, and the driver came to pick me up within 5 minutes. That flexibility was greatly appreciated, especially when I’m traveling home. The driver was very professional, even gently laying down my bags in the trunk of his car. The white towncar was clean, smelled nice, and was spacious. Another big plus was the fact that the driver did not talk on his cell phone during the drive.
Overall, this was a very enjoyable experience. I would definitely use EZ Limo again for my airport trips to SFO.

We have used EZ LIMO for one year since moving into Palo Alto, going from home to San Francisco airport or San Jose airport. My husband often needs to fly and he appreciates the comfortable ride by them every time.
What we like are
1. they come to pickup place a little bit earlier (I think they reach at least 5 minutes before the requested time). This makes us feel very reliable.
2. the car is very clean, with comfortable seat and has pleasant smell!
3. drivers are personable and give us attentive service. — Sujesh is the driver for us most of times and he is very good.
5. easy to make reservation by phone or email.
5. with all above, it’s reasonable price.
I got their service recently between my home to San Jose airport. It was very comfortable ride and I had no stress on morning traffic and night time driving a car by myself. I strongly recommend trying their limo service.

I really wish I could say that I had the same great experience that the other Unilocalers did. The reservation process went smoothly. We were told to call when we had collected our luggage at the airport and the person would be «right there.» I assumed that they were in the cell phone waiting lot, but it took somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes to arrive. If that had been the only thing, I wouldn’t even mention it. But, when he arrive, he didn’t say a word to me. Not sure if he spoke at all to my husband. I had expected at least a «hello, my name is… and I hope you had a nice flight.» Nothing. Other Unilocalers said that bottled water was available, but we never saw any. The worst part is that when we got in the car it reeked of garlic. He must have just finished eating an Italian meal in the car while he was waiting for us. I’m pretty easy going and love garlic, but this was truly awful. He was able to find the house and got us here safely, but I won’t call again. For $ 79 I’d rather take a taxi.

We have relied on 101 EZ Limo for transportation from RWC to both SFO and SJC. Very reliable, very prompt, both at arrival at the house on the way to the airport and picking up right after we have our bags. In SJC they were waiting for us by baggage claim with our name on a sign!
Fare to SFO was very reasonable; fare to SJC was expensive, but I think in line with other limo services.

I’m typically pretty skeptical of most car services, but EZ Limo did not disappoint.
I called them a couple hours before I needed a last-​minute airport dropoff and they arrived early in a nice clean towncar. They called to let me know they had arrived, then patiently waited.
When I initially made the reservation, Sujesh asked if I wanted a receipt via email. i said yes, but fully expected that he wouldn’t follow through. I am happy to report that I was totally proven wrong! He sent a receipt as promised with no reminder required.
I’m very happy with my experience and wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again.

I took EZ Limo from Mountain View to SFO. They were extremely prompt, called me when they arrived and provided efficient door to door service to the airport. The town car was clean and comfortable.

We’ve used them for large groups with their Escalade and for many airport and city trips. Bottom line is their cars are new, the rates are great and they are never late. Five stars with no doubts.
