History
Established in 2011.
After being an equine veterinarian during the beginning years of my career I went through the loss of my own dog… and my career path was forever changed. She was my first pet that I owned as an adult. It was a devastating experience and it taught me the importance of end of life care including hospice, pain management and in-home euthanasia. I could not imagine saying good bye in any other place than my private backyard with my best friend snapping at cheese until the very last moment she was with me. Every time I visit with a family faced with the most difficult of life times I remember my own experience and try to bring my understanding and compassion to help ease this life transition. I truly understand and share in the sorrow. I know how important our pets are… they are our family.
