Specialties
Xercise Lab creates original pre-choreographed group fitness programs for men and women, both in the studio and in the pool. The 45-minute workouts use no equipment, instead using the participants’ own bodyweight for resistance. Programs currently offered at the Palo Alto studio are as follows:
Adult Land Classes:
BURN LAB®: a 45-minute Xtreme cardio interval program
BUILD LAB®: a 45-minute challenging bodyweight training program
BURN/BUILD 60: a 60-minute class that fuses the latest tracks from BURN LAB® (high-intensity interval training) and BUILD LAB® (bodyweight training)
BASE LAB®: a 45-minute Xtreme low-impact cardio and bodyweight training program
RESTORE LAB®: a 45-minute athletic stretching program
Adult Water Classes:
H2O BURN LAB®: a 45-minute shallow– and deep-water cardio interval program
H2O BUILD LAB®: a 45-minute shallow-water bodyweight training program
H2O DEEP LAB™: a 45-minute deep-water intensive cardio program
History
Established in 2011.
XERCISE LAB® was founded by Jenny Rowe, a lifelong group exercise instructor who has served in director-level positions for group fitness program design and creation at leading group fitness organizations.
