my wife n daughter took the car for an oil change altima 2008 worker there told her needs a water pump its leaking water $ 380 … then i took car next door shop they never found a water leak they told me water pump its fine is rare when you need to replace it… a year later i have not seen water leak from car… cant trust those guys

Stopped here for an oil change b4 having to come to work. The guys here were really polite and did some quick service. Got all my fluids checked and topped off, this place has a much better vibe than the experience i had with going to jiffy lube, the asked me what kind of oil i wanted instead of me being told «you HAVE to get *this type of oil». Will gladly be coming back here in the future.

This place was awesome! Had an oil change and 2 air filters replaced in under 15mins! I’ve always taken my Prius to toyota dealer and always have to wait usually 2hrs. I will definitely be coming here for my oil change from now on.
I got the synthetic oil for my car and it was $ 59.99 plus tax
The staff was very courteous and Osmin was the one who helped me and was very friendly and had great customer service. My bf was the one who told me to try this place out and I’m glad he did.

Came in to get a quote on a transmission flush for my 2008 Mazda 3 the price seemed fair, so figured why not. Osmin was very informative, and kept me updated on my car as the process went on. Was their no longer than 30 minutes.

I haven’t serviced my vehicle in almost a year (my fault), so I found them on Unilocal & decided to try them out based on the reviews. I was not disappointed at all. A gentleman by the name of Osmin serviced my vehicle & I let him know beforehand how long it’s been since my last service. He and another mechanic, Ruben, went over my vehicle & gave me suggestions on what needed to be done ASAP and what could be done at a later time. Any questions I had, he gave me a through explanation & didn’t make me feel like most mechanics do when they speak with a woman who doesn’t understand vehicles. If you decide to get your car serviced here, I recommend Osmin, but if he is not available, the other mechanics are more than capable to help you out.

What a blessing to meet such honest, courteous, caring technicians with a passion for excellence! Lovely, clean, efficient, responsive, responsible, warm and welcoming family business! They told me everything I needed to know, explained everything patiently to me and took the time to help me understand why each service or item was being recommended.
This is the first place in five years to actually do what I asked. They showed me my filthy air filter and cabin filter which had never been changed before, and changed them both. I love the Febreze fragrance in my new air filter! Also, my fuel system was cleaned for the first time ever: the place I used to take my car to never did any of these things even though I asked for them. My car sounds and drives better than ever before. I’m so glad my wonderful Honey recommended this place to me! I just found my car’s new home. Hallelujah! God bless this family and their excellent business.

These guys really know their stuff. Everyone that’s ever helped me there has been really nice and I’m always out of there in 20 – 30 minutes. They don’t try to up sell me but they do take the time to explain products I might be interested in. I’ll never go anywhere else for my oil changes and I take my husband’s car there now!

It have been taking my to them since 03. The service was great. Until today, I went for the oil change and transmission. We’ll that was done pretty fast but wen I got sucker into buying a new car battery for «a low price» they didn’t know what the f*** they were doing. It took them (J.R) 3 hrs, yes 3hr we’ll almost 4. to change the battery. I wasted all morning till they almost closed. Then wen it came down for the grand total I ask for some kind of a comp. for them wasting my time. he was only going to give me 10dll yeap that much. Out of the hole bill. We’ll I was calm the hole time till that moment I went off and yes I went out of hand but who wouldn’t be. So peps oil change that’s fine but anything more then that be prepare to stay 3 hr to maybe closing time.

I’ve been bringing my car here for over a year now, and I’ve never complained about their prices their service has always been great but today I was a little low on cash so I decided to ask for a student discount, before I could take out my wallet and show my expired student ID, the gentleman at the counter told me they don’t give discounts to students so I just asked for a seniors discount atleast hoping he’d give me a break but no luck. I’m on a budget so I just found a place that does it for 6 bucks less and they’re down the street aswell. Service has always been great but try to give customers a break once in a while. Send your residents coupons, might be a good suggestion but for now I’m sorry I have to bargain shop.

Honest, quick, thorough service. They tell you what things cost before they do it, and even vacuum your car’s interior. My dorky Mazda uses a special oil filter, and they have never failed to tell me that it’s an extra cost. No surprises here, courteous service, clean waiting area. Bathroom lock doesn’t work well. Candy machines are a rip off. Otherwise great service.
