The food was actually very good. My boyfriend and I had the house salads and steaks. And the cocktails/drinks were delicious. However, service was terrible. Anytime we asked for something, extra dressing, sauce, etc it was either not brought at all or took forever and we were done eating. Food and drinks took a little long for the place not being that busy. The hostess’ and servers didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing, except the one that gave us our check. I saw other tables complaining and not even having a server come over after being sat for at least 15 minutes. All in all, seems like it needs to be more organized or get a new management staff that knows how to train employees correctly. Being in the food industry, I understand when restaurants get busy and its chaotic. but there was no reason for what happened or what I saw tonight. Never will be going back.

This location was better than others I’ve been to. Came on a Saturday during noon and since it’s right next to the mall I thought it’d be crowded but there was no wait at all. The staff and servers were very friendly and took our orders quickly I did the«make your own combo» with sirloin steak and Ancho salmon. It was amazing. The steak was perfectly cooked which was surprising since every other time I’ve asked for medium rare at other locations they would come out well done. I don’t know what they put on top of it but the flavor was delicious. The salmon was probably the best thing I’ve had there. The seasoning was super good. Sides were broccoli and mashed potatoes. Broccoli wasn’t tough or hard. Mashed potatoes were creamy and had great flavor and texture

Good service, good food, consistent. We started with wings, honey chipotle… delicious. I ordered prime rib Mexico bowl, a first time, I was being adventurous, it was tasty, I look forward to making my own. My husband ordered the southern smokehouse burger, he tanked it. Onion rings, pickles and fries were fantastic!

My family and I love coming to Chilies and but this time waitress really upsets us. She gave us the menu and left ignored us completely. If my kids weren’t so hungry, my husband and I would have left to a better serviced restaurant. It wasn’t like the place was busy. It was a Tuesday evening and there’s only a few tables to wait. I see our waitress standing and chatting at the bar… yapping away. About 10 minutes later, she came back to ask if we wanted anything to drink. At that point, we say we’re ready for drinks and food ordering since she took so god damn long. After the food came, she never stopped by to even ask if we needed anything like drink refills or more napkins. Food, on the other hand, was loaded with sodium. The only decent thing was salsa dip and chips. I’m so disappointed!

The food was pretty good. I got the equivalent of a chipotle burrito bowl and it was pretty good. It could’ve used a bit more meat and a little less rice. Service was good, we had a really sweet waitress that SUCCESSFULLY split up our bill without our help! No wait at all around 4 – 6 pm. On a weeknight.

There was a fruit fly in my chilled patron shot, so the bartender made me another one… the female manager… charged me for both of them. How disgusting I’ll never go back to a place where management ia incompetent and takes out their PMS on customers

Regular chili’s food but service is consistently poor. Orders coming out wrong. Asking 3 different people for water and still not getting a glass. Good taking long even when it’s not busy. Typical bad service type stuff. But hey, they’re consistent.

There’s no one here. But staff is in a rush. 3 different people trying to take our order in 90 seconds. Ridiculous

It used to be better. Was seated by a waitress at a table that was very dirty. The waitress did not notice. Called her back and she wiped it down quick. Sat down and saw the table was still dirty. Finally got it cleaned and placed our orders. Ordered the lunch special double burger. Requested no lettuce, tomato and mustard. Was delivered by the manager and had the LT&M. Redelivered and the burger was very overcooked to the point of describing them as hockey pucks. I liked the items on the old menu much better than the crap they are pushing now.

Come here on a regular basis, the service is quick, food is good, and drinks are even better. Shout out to the best waitress out there, Nia!

I don’t like eating a dog I ordered the chicken crispers and they gave me a bunch of obese doglegs this is the crappiest dog food I’ve ever eaten. I’m pretty sure it’s a 99% of all childhood bulimia starts at the local chillies bathroom. It’s clinically tested to be fried aids. It tasted like at hybrid of dog meat and fried beagle. Save yourself and the person cleaning your toilet! DONOTBEALARMEDIFYOUHEARTHE«CHICKEN» BARKINGATYOU. I think it is the cause of Ebola. This«restaurant» needs a quarantine. The chicken walked off the end of the table. I can hear the dogs begging to play fetch in my stomach. If anything I feel bad for the victims who enters the chillies facility. As soon as I walked in I knew u was doomed. I ordered the chicken crispers thinking it was«the move» I soon realized I was eating fried dog.

This is one of the best chili’s around. I have been going to this chili’s for a very long time. Never had a major issue and if it was something minor, they always took care of it. Staff is friendly. Great margaritas for the price!!! Love the cookie skillet!!!

They don’t warn you that the tablet they keep on your table will charge you 99 cents for«table entertainment.» I was shocked that they would hide that in the bill.

This is the grossest place I’ve ever walked into. Usually Saturday nights we find ourselves making reservations. Was looking for a casual quick bite to eat. When my wife and I arrived we were told the wait time was about 10 – 15 mins. That’s fine we were starving, however upon taking a look around the place I began to lose my appetite. The floors were filthy and I counted eight tables available but not cleaned. My guess is they happen to be short staffed I’m not really sure what the issue was. I even witnessed a hostess have to bus one of the tables and by bus I mean wipe all the excess food onto the ground and then seat people there. After overhearing a waiter express his hate for this shift we felt it was time to get out of there. I usually enjoy Chili’s this location really leaves little to be desired.

Nicer location than others i’ve been to. They remodeled for their new look and I think it works. Feels less cramped than other locations. I wish they had more vegetarian options but I do enjoy the black bean burger and fries. Maybe a vegan soup? Minestrone? Eh, i’ll keep dreaming.

I’ve never had a problem with Chili’s, but this location was not even worthy of being a fast food restaurant. Let’s keep this short and sweet because the thought of spending more than five minutes writing this gets me angry: Service: Terrible. I walked in to no hostess, and when she finally appeared from the back of the restaurant, she was not pleasant and unapologetic to my wait. My server was fine, but she was not incredibly attentive, either. Food: Alright. The second start for this review is because of the food. I ordered the cajun shrimp pasta(Why? I don’t know), and it was pretty decent. The portion, however, was smaller than what I had anticipated. Don’t skimp on my food; I’ll get very cranky! Overall: Don’t go. Choose one of the better restaurants that are located in the same parking lot.

I mean, everyone knows what Chili’s is right? I go to Chili’s when the Garden State Plaza mall court food just won’t do. And the times I’ve gone, I’ve had nothing but exceptional service. DRINKS– 5STARS The one thing I’d like to tell everyone, if they haven’t known already, is how well priced their drinks are!!! I could not believe it. They have the Presidente margarita, which is served in a Patron-like bottle and a salted-rim margarita glass. Their servings definitely surpass the normal«one serving» quota AND it’s a whopping $ 7.99(give or take a few cents). I was craving a spicy jalapeño margarita that they did not have on the menu but management and bartenders made a collective effort to look up the ingredients to custom make the cocktail for me. And it was only $ 8! And my spicy jalapeño margarita came in a huge 20oz glass! It was delicious, cheap, and it satisfied my craving. FOOD– 2.5−3STARS The chips that comes out with the guacamole or artichoke & spinach dip is too oily and thin to scoop anything up. The chip breaks as you’re trying to transfer the dip from the bowl to your mouth. How inconvenient. And the guacamole is never at room temperature because it is stored in the refrigerator. Their dry-rub ribs are too salty so if you are going for a full rack of ribs, ask them to take out the dry half, because the wet ones are so much better(Cue Michael Scott’s one-liner). Their chicken fajita is a fail in all aspects. Please avoid! Too little rice and beans to fill up even 2 of the 5 flour tortillas. Their tortillas roll up and dry out if you don’t eat it as soon as it is served since they were microwaved. The chicken is not grilled or charred on the hot plate, as the onions and green peppers are, so you end up with overly marinated vegetables with extremely bland pieces of white, dry, microwaved chicken. It looked so unappetizing.

Came for happy hour at night, they have a nice selection of drink deals. Well drinks are like $ 3.25. They also have great food prices ! Small plates/portions for $ 2.99(I think) or $ 4.99. I ordered the chicken nachos(8) for $ 4.99 It comes with 8 chips but as you can see it’s not so tiny. It was really good. The cheese was nice and stringy and the chips were warm. It filled me up by the 6th chip. Think of it as mini quesadillas. Would definitely come back but not on a night where they are short staffed. P. S. I ate a chip before the picture lol
