Pros:
A huge space for kids to run around

Cons:
Too noise and music too loud
Bathrooms are very dirty
Bathrooms not equipped for toddlers
Cafeteria has very limited selections of food and drinks (If you have hungry kids you’ll have to leave because no outside food allowed either)
On the weekends it’s VERY crowded from multiple birthdays going on

This place is fun. When you walk in it’s very colorful, so you could imagine the happiness your child will have when they walk in. 4 areas to play, 1 rock climbing wall and a slide obstacle course and a café for snacks and treats. 9 flat screen TV wall with a dancing game and you can watch yourself on the tv.
If you could, go on the weekdays so that your kids can enjoy the entire area. Weekends are crazy busy with parties and kids and parents.
It’s a 2 hour playtime limit at $ 15 for my son. $ 2 per parent. Granted they only need about 1.5−2 hours of play before he started to get bored. They give you wrist bands that has the time you checked in.
That rainbow slide of death needs to be cautioned. My husband went on with my son, and at the end slammed right to the ground. Another father slid down and turned to his side and hit his head :(I almost thought he was going to tumble down. So be warned. It’s fast and it has a steep drop at the end. Good luck!

My Kids seem to enjoy this place but the big slide is way to fast for little kids if your not expecting it. My son slammed his head on the bottom of the slide. If we were warned previously it could have been prevented. The manager agreed that it’s too fast and they are in the process of getting something to slow it down. Others than that she seemed to care less. I will not be coming back ever again. If staff doesn’t care I assume ownership first care either. I do not recommend.

Pros: Decent play area, my son loves the slides. The trains in the back are very fun and kids enjoy them.
Cons: Dress up outfits are dirty and torn. Kitchen is dirty and disorganized. Baby play area should have a gate. They also have a no outside food policy, which normally doesn’t bother me because most places know their limitations and recognize that they can’t possibly satisfy all of the dietary needs of their customers and allow you to bring specialty food items. However, they do not have healthy food, organic food or gluten free options for small children available. I brought baby food, fruit and water with me to feed my 3 year old and 11 month old. They very rudely told me «we don’t allow outside food,» and they even gave me a problem about feeding my baby some baby food, which they DON’T SELL! The only options to feed my children were items like grilled cheese and chocolate chip muffins.
We will not be returning, and if you choose to go there, make sure you eat before you go and wash your hands after.

Such a fun establishment! So awesome that they’re open till 7 and the staff is so helpful and sweet. Will definitely be returning!

I discovered this indoor play place while reading a mother’s group on Facebook. I finally went and tried the place with my 3.5 year old son. He had such a great time we went back again 2 weeks later.
They aren’t a jump house place! They have a large Habitrail type climbing area with 2 Large slides and an obstacle course. They offer a play area for children 2 and under. They have pretend areas that include a dress up section, a Lego Station and a grocery store. They have other areas where the kids and parents can climb an indoor climbing wall, dance to music, play in an air gun ball shooting self-​contained range, watch yourself on multiple TV Screens and play in a really cool train where you pedal with your hands on a life sized track.
They have a good size café with kid friend and somewhat healthier snacks all at reasonable prices like only a $ 1.50 for a bottle water. For about $ 4 you can get 2 bags of pirate booty and a Honest Company Juice. They make espresso drinks for adults as well. They have lots of tables to eat or sit and talk while your kids are playing. They even have large screen TVs to watch your favorite Sports game while your kids play.
I really do not feel they are pricey as some other reviewers have indicated. They are cheaper than the Big Playhouse in Westwood and some other places in the area. ($ 15 for 2Hrs of play, $ 20 for all day unlimited play, $ 2 per adult. $ 5 more for the Rock Wall.) YOU MUST WEAR SOCKS or they will sell you a pair for a moderate price, board of health requirement. No shoes inside.
I have watched the Staff clean up every couple of hours, wiping tables down, cleaning and straightening toys and making sure everything is clean. The staff also monitors kids in all the play areas. They have someone dedicated to the climbing wall, someone who monitors the train and slide area and someone keeping an eye on the small child area to make sure the bigger kids are not taking over the little kid area preventing them from playing. I do agree that it would be nice if they stationed a staff member up by the large slide to make sure kids don’t go down 2 a time and that they don’t try and go down head first.
They also run the place every well, even when they have parties they still have open play and it is never too crowed. They offer Party packages that range from Basic $ 499 thru VIP (over 30 kids) for $ 2,995. Cheaper than World of Wings, they have private rooms and offer things like face-​painting, balloon twister clowns, magicians, puppeteers and more…

Brought my girls for open play. They had an awesome time. I love this place. It’s very clean and staff are very attentive and friendly with kids. They have a very nice sitting area for parents. A fun place for both kids and parents. Check it out! You will have fun!

Recently attended a birthday part here with my 2 girls (ages 2 and 3) and let me tell you: This is our new favorite birthday spot!!! It’s new, its clean, and there is such a great variety of activities for kids to pick from. There is something here for every kind of kid. There’s a Lego block table area, a supermarket area, a dress up area, video dance game, giant slides, rock climbing wall, plastic ball cannon area, etc, etc. My girls had a blast!!! We might just have to keep this place in mind for one of their upcoming birthdays. :)

We recently had my twin boys sixth birthday here and we all loved it. The kids had a great time and all the parents commented on how great it was afterward.
We read some negative reviews about the place being loud (music & ball canons). We did not find that to be an issue at all. Some complained it was messy, but that was not the case in our experience. They are still pretty new and I wonder if maybe they had some issues and have worked them out now? It was clean, smelled clean, was neat, and the staff was very friendly and energetic! We felt we got a great experience for our money. Most importantly my boys loved it and so did our guests!
We only had one small issue in that the package was supposed to include juice for the kids which they never got. But we decided it was probably better they gave them water because of the sugar they got from the cake anyway. Though, it did bother me a bit anyway after the fact, though I didn’t say anything. We definitely recommend checking them out.
You can do an open play session there too, which gives you a trial run before you book a party.

I was actually hesitant to come here mainly because of the pricey admission ($ 15 for kids ages 2 – 17 and parents $ 2 for 2hrs) and since I had two kids just the admission alone would be $ 32, but after going and seeing my kids ages 4 and 2 enjoy the place I can’t say they both didnt have a great time.
The two hours spent there, both my kids were able to enjoy variety of play options such as big slides, dress up play, kitchen and market play, train rides, lego section and even the infant and toddler section for children with younger siblings.
However, while everything is great I wish they had more staff to watch to supervise the children coming down the slides and watch over children on the metal train tracks. The slides are pretty steep for young kids and some kids even had burns or hurt themselves on the way down and the metal train tracks are definitely dangerous if there isnt a parent to supervise the children and can easily hurt themselves.
I mean the environment is very kid-​friendly with colorful sectionals and décor throughout but regarding safety aspect of the place, i would try to keep an eye out for your child more than so.

I have to say that I’ve been to a lot of play places and I was so disappointed with this place that I actually had to write a review. The place has only been open a month and there are broken toys already. There is a place to shoot balls out of air guns that looked fun but the first 3 guns we tried were broken. It was a mess, especially the princess and the kitchen areas where my daughter wanted to play. She actually tripped and fell over the plastic pretend foods on the floor. I thought I was going to fall carrying my infant son as well because there was so much stuff on the floor in the kitchen that it was difficult to walk through. There were two workers wandering around the play area but I have yet to figure out what they did other than tell me that my 2 year old daughter can’t be in the 6 month– 2 year play area because she’s almost 3. But she’s 2. Another fail is the way the place is designed with benches outside of the different play areas, almost encouraging parents to not pay attention to their children. So, naturally, there were a few children stealing toys from other children with their parents no where in sight. But the workers seemed not to notice this as well. Needless to say I am not a fan and I won’t be back. There are much better places around to spend my money.

Beautiful new clean play space. Absolutely loved it… until the compressor noise scared us and continued to grate on our nerves. Unfortunately each time a ball was shot out, another series of very loud noises ensued. Totally ruined the atmosphere. Didn’t help that the music reached nightclub sound levels in which we couldn’t talk to eachother and the young kids were way confused with the mega sensory experience of a cacophony of loud sounds. Someone finally came in and had the music turned down which helped.
Such a shame because it really is a lovely place with so much to offer and really friendly staff.

Initially (from Facebook photos) I thought this place would be too young for my 8 year old daughter and 6 year old son, meaning they would not enjoy themselves.
Incorrect…THEY HAD A BLAST! They want to go back today again for both days this weekend.

This is a brand new clean facility with friendly staff. Nice snack bar with juices, coffee and cookies, flavored water, kids snacks etc. Lots of fun activities for the kids included a toddler play area, Lego play area, pretend grocery store, dress up area, rock wall, lots of slides and a ball pit shooting area. Our daughter is only 21 months and was very afraid of the loud compressor sounds made by children shooting balls. We had to leave after an hour so not worth the twenty dollars for the three of us. We where prepaid up to two hours. I would come back possibly and give it another try. Would be helpful if prices where posted on their website.
