I needed to buy a Thank You/Easter present for the hospital nurses that were taking care of my dad. I didn’t want to go with a traditional Easter Basket and I wanted the chocolate to be quality so I thought Lindt would be the way to go because you can buy in bulk. I bought a really nice Tommy Bahama bowl at Home Goods and went to Lindt to fill it with about 5 lb of assorted LIndt truffles(the colors were gorgeous). Nick, the Store Manager, was super helpful in picking out my selections and when I explained that this gift was going to Baltimore, he offered to shrink wrap my package with a bow for easy transport and visual appeal. I never knew that this store did such extra services(especially because I didn’t use their packaging) but he told me that all the customer needs to do is ask. I was happy to put together such a personalized and delicious gift and the nurses at Johns Hopkins loved it. I am giving Lindt 5 stars not just for exceptional chocolate but for outstanding customer service.

Truffles for days. Years. Decades. Sigh these places are just too much. Their spring seasonal truffle is one of my personal favorites, along with the sea salt one, and strawberries and cream. I love how they melt truffles in your coffee; it’s amazing. Get the strawberries and cream truffle melted in your coffee the next time you come here, and you’ll thank me later. I also love how you can buy the broken truffle shells for cheap! Those are good to melt in coffee too. Be careful though, I personally think that Lindt’s chocolate tends to be sweeter than their other competitors such as Godiva. If you like chocolate, but don’t want that I-need-water-every-bite-i-have then this is not the best place. Also, the Lindt square with a hint of chili is good. Could be because my tolerance for spice is good, it really didn’t taste spicy and I enjoyed its subtle hint. My boyfriend however, did not like it at all. What can I say, everyone’s got a different taste bud. Most associates here are knowledgable. I forgot one associate’s name, but he helped me and suggested wines to pair with the truffles. He even handed me a list to take home. Regardless of the too sweet chocolate, I totally love it here, and I think you should too.

I regularly treat myself to Lindt 90% dark chocolate. I enjoy their chocolate although I stay away from the chocolates with higher sugar contents so I can only comment on their dark chocolates. This store is packed with all varieties of Lindt chocolates and they serve Illy coffee, which is one of my favorites.

Great chocolate but BEWARE of their shipping policy!!! They only ship M-W! If you order after 1pm on Wed YOUARESCREWED!!! They won’t ship it until the next Monday but don’t bother to tell you this!!! Want to get a gift out??? FORGETIT. The rep I spoke to told me the shipping policy is «clearly stated». When I asked her where, she had the nerve to tell me to scroll down on the page and click the tiny text that said shipping. SERIOUSLY??? How about warning your customers that you have the slowest shipping policy in all of the developed world before they order? Oh, and they ship ground, so after they take 6 days to fill your order, they then put it on a pony and smack it on the ass. THANKSLINDT!!! You really know how to treat your customers right!!! A little honesty goes a long way.

What an awesome place, and great employees. Nick, Melanie and Erin were there the day that I went it. I am new to the Paramus area, so it was just really relieving to be at their store, they were warm, welcoming and happy to talk to me about their product and answer all my questions about the different kinds. They are great at what they do and engaging with customers. I am so excited to have discovered this chocolate store and its awesome staff :)

Have had some BADBADBAD experiences in NYC and Wayne and stopped shopping at Lindt but they have some of my fav chocolates. Walked in– Nick gave me a piece of the sea salt truffle– WHICHISMYNEWFAV– and he was so helpful. I left with 200 truffles. He was so nice and helpful. I have lots of work orders I will be placing there and doing my personal shopping. Nice to find a store manager who was helpful and not just pushing product.

I had no idea this place was tucked back into the chocolate shop. They pretty much crus truffles into the milk and steam so it melts, and make lattes with it. They’re addictive… and I think I have a problem ;-) They also have the full store here with all the chocolate stuff they make.

Love it, love it, love it. Small little store in the Bergen mall town center. Has almost everything you could want from Lindt, both in terms of variety of chocolate, as well as gift options. The manager, Nick, goes above and beyond in terms of friendliness, customer service, and accommodation. There was this really awesome sale last week, which I didn’t take advantage of then. So I went back this weekend to make my purchase, and sadly the sale was no longer available, but when I mentioned my dilemma to Nick, he said that he would give me the deal anyway, even though the sale was over. How awesome is that? Not to mention, I was able to try out a lot of the new Lindt truffle flavors before purchasing. Will definitely be back. Also, the rewards program is free to sign up for, and can help save money, earn points, if that’s important to hose of us who love a deal!
