Annoyed! Came here to do my eyebrows, paid $ 12 plus tip and now I have to go home and fix my eyebrows. The lady did them within maybe 2 minutes, I have 3 cuts on one eyebrow and a bunch of hair on the other! And this is AFTER I told her to fix them. Find yourself another place!

This is the first bad review i’m making. I had the most terrible experience here! It’s the first time I went for threading as I normally have my brows waxed, I was desperate to get my eyebrows done so I settled for this horrible place. They pulled my skin and Was bleeding. Two days after this is how it looked (see pics)

I really wish I could give this awful place zero stars!!! Located on the lower level outside of Macys. I popped in to thread my eyebrows AND lip… BOTH were horrible. My eyebrows were extremely uneven and there was hair in obvious places when I left. I would like to add that I am not very hairy. I wish I could have really looked at the finished work for I would not have paid so much nor would I have given the lady such a big tip. I would not go back to them even if they paid me! The worst thing was that even though they were completely dead (no clients waiting) they rushed me which was why I could not even take good look at what they did. Horrible! Do not go there!!! Not worth the money!!! I will stick to my fav spot in the city. Or for the same price and good service and coupons provided, try Mahilia in Dumont, NJ.
