Omg !! I don’t go here staff is horrible here !!
Rude not professional at all yelling at customers .
Christina needs to have her attitude checked at the door lower her voice indoors .
I don’t think the doctors even know how horrible there staff is.

Totally agree with the other reviewer about the front staff… they’re terrible! No one is friendly and one girl at check out was even argumentative. No one greets you with a smile… they all appear to hate their job. I will say that the doctors are very nice/​professional; if they were smart they would hire a new staff for up front! I’m headed back to Wicker Park Derm and Aesthetics… they’re amazing!

I disagree with the above reviewer. I have been going here for 2 years, and have had great results. I always talk to the staff and they have always been nice to me. Any doctor you go to has a wait, I have never waited 15 minutes past my time to see a DR or assistant. They found a cancer on my forehead and removed it on site and it healed nicely.

We have been going to the Park Ridge office for the past 6 months and as soon as treatment is complete we will not be returning, nor recommending them to anyone.
The front staff is very rude and downright «snarky» They are condescending and lazy (even to each other.) You can tell that most of them do not like working with each other, more or less waiting on patients. Also trying to get a prescription filled always takes at least 3 calls back and forth between Walgreens and the doctors office.
Also, expect to wait at least 30 –45 minutes past your appointment time to see the doctor. They cram in patients like a cattle call. If you are looking for a professional office then stay far away from this practice. Doctors are good (although always harried and accompanied by rude staff following them with IPads who never speak a word to you) but the blatent rudeness of the office staff leaves you scratching your head.
