Worst mechanic EVER! Gary seems very knowledgable at first and will even cut you a break the first time. But soon you’ll figure out that he’s a con! All around breaks, that grind and squeal. New exhaust that we did not need, then it needed to be properly installed by someone else because it was falling off! Changed the oil and my break lights, A/​C, and dash lights quit working. He says it was a relay switch gone out and charged me for it, after HE is the one who broke it! Then when we asked him for a print out of all work done on our vehicles, he denied ever working on them in exception to once changing the oil on one of our vehicles! He’s a crook, con, and a cheat! Gary and his wife obviously run their shop the same way they run their budget trucks!

I cannot speak for the Auto Service but as a Budget Truck location it is terrible. I drove from Pittsburgh to Cleveland so I can get some items that were left to me by mother or they would be sold or given to other family members. At 11 there was a call on my cell phone but I was driving and didn’t answer. I arrived at Quinns at 11:30 and the lady in the «office» who was smoking was there at the desk. I said good morning and my name and she got nasty with me that moment about how she called and didn’t have a truck to rent. I explained my situation and she said there are no trucks available. She didn’t care I took the day off and she didn’t care I drove 130 miles and paid gas and tolls. You know good customer service will at least express an apology she was mad that I showed up. She was not good at here job. I told her she was «awesome» and left. Checked the internet on my phone and found a truck was available about a 25 mins away on the other side of town. So she lied to me. The best part is when we were leaving she walked over to the mechanic to say «Did you hear what that bitch said?» yeah great place to visit highly recommended.

Don’t ever use this place as your Budget truck dropoff. I topped off the tank at the Kmart across the street then dropped off the truck after hours since they are open a total of 5 hours during the weekends. I called back to get my deposit and they said it was 2 gallons short, so they charged me $ 34 to fill it up. If you’re dropping off in Cleveland, make sure you pick a place that is open or won’t rip you off like this place if you drop it off after hours.
