Last night at 7:15 PM I pulled into the STS Tire on Georgene Ct in Parsippany. I was hoping they might be open as I had an acute issue with my tire and was beginning a drive to Philadelphia.
In the garage were three men who looked at me as I pulled onto the lot. I waved.
While stepping from my car one of the men quickly went to the front door and locked it before I could reach it.
He then went back into the garage the three continued their conversation with their back to me.
I understand that I was there after hours, but even the slightest semblance of customer service would have included someone explaining that they could not help at that time, or maybe going so far as to ask what the problem was.
It was dishearteningly rude.

Got a low tire pressure warning on my BMW, luckily STS was close by. It was late and they were closing but Sheldon put my car up and took the tire off. He was also able to patch my run flat, saving me a few hundred dollars. Saved my road trip!

Dominick is a great Manager and stand up guy. STS Parsippany does a tremendous job and are trust worthy. I am lucky to have found such a reliable place to take my car.
