I needed a small bathroom window crank chromed. Good price, good timing. Very good workmanship. Wonderful.

Alberto’s does excellent polishing, plating, and powder coating. I’ve used them for all those services and have always been satisfied.

I bought a vintage bike as summer project and came to Alberto’s to have it powder coated. I was really excited to see the outcome so I called probably twice a week to ask about the progress (in hopes to hear to was ready for pick up). Anyway I got the bike back after about a week and a half and the job Rick did was awesome! Can’t wait to have the bike completely assembled and ready to ride. The paint job is going to break necks. (See pictures of safety orange touring frame).
It was worth the wait and the staff is very nice. I’ll be back for future bike projects

I just purchased a house in Pasadena and boy was it a fixer-​upper. Everything needed to be refinished so I started with the front door. I was worried at first because if they didn’t get it done within a day, I would’ve had to sleep with no front door. To my surprise, it was done and the finished product was better than I expected. The friendly staff was just the cherry on top.

We got several if our bath fixtures refinished from chrome or old bronze to polished nickel. It took about a week to get our items back. Pricing is fair and we are happy with the results.
Rick helped me with my orders and he was nice and helpful. I will use them again next time I need to refinish something.
Tip: call before you go drop off/​pick up to make sure they are open. I found that their hours fluctuated.

Nice work done on my rims. Eventually, I will bring in all the rims to my fleet of vehicles.

Alberto’s is a complete joke. Be prepared to be disappointed. This is not run like a business so forget about your job on time, or worse have returned to you the parts you left with them. I live in Pasadena and have taken household hardware for polishing, and most recently some small pieces for plating. If its smaller than a toaster these nitwits will lose it. They have no procedures for tracking an order, oh take that back, they use the hot potato system. Kinda like Moe, Larry and Curly do. So if you care about what you have go somewhere else. Trust me.

Alberto’s Polish shop is a prime example of why America needs more mom and pop businesses around. There is a level of professionalism, pride, knowledge, and friendliness that you just won’t find at the best chain.
I came in here to get a bike frame painted. I have been putting a lot of time and money into building up a really fun fixed gear bike. I was really worried about trusting my frame in the hands of just any old shop but a friend of mine highly recommended this place so I gave it a shot. Right away I met Rick at the shop and after a couple minutes I knew I was in good hands.
They hooked my bike up with a super clean, smooth, and deep powder coat. Every edge was perfect and I had no trouble getting all my parts back on.
I can’t recommend this place highly enough. I just wish I had some awesome furniture that needed polishing because they had some great looking stuff in the shop.

I had the front door handles and hardware done here as a surprise for my mom last weekend for Mother’s Day. They did an awesome job! They were super friendly and offered next day service — which came in handy for a procrastinator like myself!
The hardware looked better than new and really made my mom’s front door stand out beautifully — even our neighbors have noticed!
I will definitely be back. While I was dropping off the hardware, they were powder coating a bike and I wanted to buy it!- it looked like new! Sadly it already belonged to someone else, but I will be bringing my old bikes in for the service.
Overall, great local spot. Fast, friendly service. It feels great to walk into a local mom and pop shop and get great customized service.

I had My Bike Powder coated a couple of weeks ago these guys did a terrific job for a terrific price, I love the color and the application:-). is better than I have ever seen, including the attention given to making sure the all pivot surfaces remain free of paint, got compliments on my first ride and it totally made my day.
