Established in 2000.
Chef Claud Beltran, who studied under Master Chef Thomas Keller, ventured down verious roads. He opened his our restuarant, currently at Noir Food and Wine in Pasadena, Ca. Spreading his art further, he opened Claud & Company so that more people could enjoy his food.
