Established in 1999.

Mike Hallahan, the owner of Contracting Solutions, was born into a construction family. At a young age Mike would join his Dad on various construction jobs and began installing roofs at the age of 15 and by 20 he was skilled in all construction trades. With the desire to start his own company based on his values of affordability, honesty, efficiency and quality, Mike went on to start his own business, Contracting Solutions, and has only continued to progress. He has spent a decade personally putting in the hard work of building a strong customer based company.

Contracting Solutions reputation has been built up by constructing and remodeling homes, apartment buildings and commercial real estate and the result has been many proud projects and satisfied, lifelong clients.

Mike is also very proud of the work he does for the Navy, a relationship that has been going strong the last 10 years. One of the projects he is most proud of, the vacation resorts that our valued service members use when not deployed. His company took the extra effort to provide updated, modern and most importantly, comfortable vacation homes.

Over the last 10 years with the Navy, Contracting Solutions has remodeled over 1500 homes and vacation units for our service members and their families to enjoy. On base, we have remodeled several bowling alleys, movie theaters, game rooms and restaurants.
