Discount Tire Store – Pasadena, TX

I am so free King frustrated with this company. I’ve used them three or four times to replace tires on my Harley. Every time there’s another issue that comes up where they’ve screwed something up. Last time they did not have the tire I requested and they stuck some other one on there telling me it was just as good, The tire guy fought me on replacing it, to where I just had to say screw it and leave. Yesterday I called in advance and special ordered American Eagle tires for my street glide. They called me this morning saying both of my tires were in, so I took off work to come get them installed. Then I get paged over the loudspeaker and the girl tells me she ordered the wrong size tire for the front, she was very apologetic, but now I have to come back again tomorrow and take off work again. I only saved $ 80 by letting discount tire do this instead of the dealership, now I’ve missed two afternoons of work which cost me so much more. I don’t think I could recommend this place ever again.
Now I noticed that my bike is been finished for 20 minutes and they still have not called my name, what a waste of time

Very friendly guys. My tire exploded a few weeks after REALLY hitting a curve and of course I went to them to rescue me! I wasn’t going to pay for an exact replacement so I got a cheaper tire. After calling my dealer I found out I actually have insurance on my tires and Discount Tire was very nice about refunding the one they ordered for me. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to cancel the transaction. I had a pleasant experience and would go back to these guys.
