I tried to exchange a gift because the receipt said absolutely nothing about prohibiting exchanges on full priced items after X days.(Admittedly it has been 9 months.) But the owner refused to allow exchanges or credits of any kind because the items were allegedly no longer being carried(although I saw some socks and caps that looked suspiciously like the items I wanted to exchange.) I would not be writing this review if the receipt had mentioned some kind of time limit or expiration.

I’m gonna leave a review as a past-employee here. also I’m gonna put myself into customer’s shoes. It would be appreciated if you read this until the end, because 1. I know how they talk about the customers and think about the customers 2. They are doing illegal stuff. First of all I do agree on horrible customer service. First time I worked here i was only looking at the way how the manager is treating the customers, he literally sucks at it. He loves $$$, he only thinks about money, so he kind of judges by how people dress up and think they are gonna buy something. He was only kind to those who were wearing expensive luxury bags, shoes, and clothes. Anyone else? he couldn’t be bothered to help. He treated employees like sh*t, although he was in the office whenever I sighed he would come and say«Did you just dare to sigh? you don’t know that sighing means that you don’t want to work here?» … yeah, what kind of boss would even give a sh*t about you freaking B-R-E-A-T-H-I-N-G. I was not even allowed to sigh? I think that is ridiculous. Also when I cleaned everything, I was done with my job, I had to memo something(I’m a music student, so whenever I have some idea for the lyrics I have to write it down and it takes only 1 minute.) and there were no customers for 4 hours, so I was writing down the lyrics real quick and he fired me. I asked him why and he said if you are writing a note it’s fine but if it’s related to your work then it’s very rude. He asked me if i did this and that and I said yeah go and see there is no single dust on every shelf. Since he has nothing to say-because I’ve done everything-just to make himself look better he fired me, saying«I think you don’t worth working here.» for god’s sake. He’s Korean but I’m American — Korean so i don’t know how the Korean culture is. But he said looking right at his eyes is so disrespectful thing, he literally said«shut your f*cking eyes down.» wait, what? I was just showing respect by looking at his eyes directly to show that I am listening to him. He doesn’t only laugh at employees but he would even laugh at customers who bought stuff at the sales section, say ‘those people want our stuff but they can’t afford it that’s why they only purchase from the sales section’, always looked down on the customers except the V-I-Ps which is pretty understandable but you can’t make fun of your customers. he proudly told me he kicked out more than 300 employees for past 12 years he was running the store. yeah, what a show off. He also let foreigners(with f1 or other visas) to work at the place which is ILLEGAL in the UNITEDSTATESOFAMERICA. If I were customer,(My mom always bought me jacadi paris clothing when I was young so) I would step away from here and rather buy nicer stuff for my kid. Why spend huge money here when the employees are still going to talk shit about you, the customers? Don’t come here. ever.

I agree with the previous reviewer on the horrible customer svc. I received a gift from this store & I needed to exchange for a bigger size and they would not allow it b/c it was purchased last season. And she was rude on top of it! WTF? Telling everyone I know not to waste their $$ at this place.

I agree with the previous reviewer Moni R. I don’t know how this store stays in business. When I entered this store with my baby, my husband, and my sister, there were no other customers and yet the saleslady acted like she was MUCH too busy to be bothered by us. The clothes are cute, but the prices are quite expensive, and customer service is just atrocious. Don’t bother thinking about visiting this store — it’s just not worth your time.

If I could give this shop no stars then I would. Its super overpriced for okay clothes and their return/exchange policy is horrible, they wont let you return or exchange even if the clothes still have the tags. Horrible customer service also, I couldnt even finish my sentence before the workers or owners or whomever they were rudely cut me off and told me I could not exchange the article of clothing I had. Horrible. Stay away and shop elsewhere.
