There is one girl that works here and she is the only reason I continue to come. Website says they open at 10:00 owner got here at 11:20 and didn’t seem to care that people had been waiting. Not cool at all. Very unprofessional and rude.

Thank god I found this place! I have been looking for a new eyebrow person since my lady left. I had been going from place to place and one lady messed up my eyebrows. Found Mahro this weekend and she was amazing! Mahro is my new eyebrow lady!

I’ve been getting my eyebrows done by Mahro for more than 5 years now she is really the best at what she does!!!

Ask for ashu :) she gave me advice on my eyebrows because ive messed up several times. Shes amazing and its only 10 dollars.

I’ve been coming to Mahro’s Brows for about a year now. They recently moved into a new location across from where they used to be. I typically come after work and the service is quick and my eyebrows look great every time.
I was really nervous the first time that I went in because I had never done threading before. To my surprise the entire process was quick and I wasn’t left with bumps like I had when I got my eyebrows waxed.
They validate parking at the Paseo lot so be sure to bring your parking ticket in with you if you drive.

The location is pretty hidden and you have to pay for metered parking.
It doesn’t take too long to get it done. (15 – 20 min or even less) It was completely empty when I got there so I didn’t have to wait. I didn’t catch the lady’s name but they thread everything and you can feel every little hair being pulled, I’m guessing it’s cause the thread they use is very good. (Which is a good thing because you know they are getting those baby hairs out of there)
She kept my eyebrows thick and arched it a little too much. People make mistakes, I’ll come back and try it again though.
16 $ for upper lip and eyebrows, which is a pretty decent price. I would recommend this place to someone who prefers to thread their eyebrows.

I’ve been coming here for two years and never disappoints me. Always when I get them threaded they look so clean and nice. The place is very clean and they are really nice! They thread based on your brows and you can say how you want it but usually I get a clean up. Clean up is just cleaning of the shape I had before and taking the hairs that have grown out again.
I’m a usual at this place I come here every 3 weeks or so and I love it! Definitely recommend this place!
Threading is painful but beauty is pain!

I quickly ran in here after taking a business card from the worker outside. It was kind of dark in there and she missed some hair. I didn’t see till I got home. Annoying. I wouldn’t come in here normally because parking just to do brows is a pain.

I have come here a couple of times because it’s close to where I live and it’s affordable. The first couple of times they did a great job with my eyebrows. However these last two times it’s been horrible! Even after giving specific requests, I asked for arch I got round. I said clean up and she kept making my eyebrows thinner and thinner. Then she laughs when I point out this is not what I asked for. Not happy at all, probably never coming back here.

I went there again to shape up my eye brows and believe me it’s not easy to shape my brows hahahaha but Seeta is my go to go girl she always take time and make them perfect. If you are looking for threading place I highly recommended Mahro’s brows because they are Expert, and Friendly.
I also took before and after pics of my brows but they are not uploading for I don’t know reason So you all have to go and experience yourself.

5 for outcome. My brows are currently SNATCHED FOR THE GAWDS! Citha or Cita is my new go to girl. $ 10 and there was no wait, I was in and out in 10 minutes.
4 for technique– I dont like when Im getting my brows done and the threading is slow– because I feel the pain more!!! Other than that, no complaints.

Eyebrow threading for $ 10… it’s one of the cheaper places BUT save that $ 10 and buy yourself some tweezers because you’re gonna have to re-​do it again afterwards.
Came here to get my eyebrows cleaned up and threaded. Two ladies were standing outside and one quickly went inside when I walked in. She didn’t really speak English very well so it was a bit hard to understand her and I also think she didn’t really understand me either (?). I told her I don’t want my eyebrows too thin and just to clean them up. She said okay and said my eyebrows are already too thin (which they are NOT… trust me). So she went on and started to thread my eyebrows but was done fairly quickly to my surprise. She gave me the mirror to look. It looked practically the same or even worse then when I walked in… No shape, not cleaned up, still long, messy.
I asked her to trim them and also thread more underneath so I can get more of an arc. I felt like I was complaining but she wouldn’t get the point! She said no because it’ll be too thin then. I told her AGAIN that I want the bottom cleaned up and for some reason, she wouldn’t do it? She hardly trimmed them so they were STILL long! She asked if I wanted them to be filled in with powder… At this point, I gave up and said no.
By the way, this place WILL try to upsell you on their services and tell you to get other things done too. I understand the sales aspect of it but if your customer came in wanting just her brows done, I’m pretty sure that’s all they want to get done!!!
I quickly paid and left because there was no point in repeating myself because she wouldn’t understand. Very disappointed because i really wanted it to be my new go-​to spot, especially for only $ 10! Anyways, I had to go home and re-​do the tweezing and trimming myself because it was still long. Don’t waste your $ 10. I prefer that clean, fresh, flawless look right after I get my eyebrows done and I definitely did not get that here. So my search for the perfect eyebrow place continues… (so far SHAPES is in the lead…) NEXT.

I normally go to Mahros brows and I love it. However when I went in on July 5^th at 8:40 the girl working gave me an incredibly hard time about walking in «before closing.» I asked her what time she closed and she said nine. Mind you that leaves twenty minutes to do my brows and one of my friends. She made the experience so unpleasant by continuously telling us to hurry up and move it because it was almost close. And then was being extremely rude during the whole threading. I was so outraged by the way she was acting. It wasn’t like I walked through the door at 8:59. If Mahro is working I would be happy to do my brows there but I will never go to see that girl again. That was a terrible experience and to top it off my brows didn’t even come out good. :/

I usually go to Vinita’s across the street but my favorite person wasn’t there so I decided to try this place. I went on a Monday night at around 6:30pm and I didn’t have to wait. The lady who did my eyebrows and upper lip was friendly and I was happy with how everything looked. She cleaned my brows up and it wasn’t too painful. The eyebrows were $ 10 and the lip was $ 5. It’s still a little bit more than across the street but I will definitely keep this place in mind.

I have been coming to Mahros ever since she had her stand outside. I’ve been a loyal customer even after I moved to Glendale. I would drive the 6 miles every time I needed my eyebrows done by Mahro. But soon after I noticed more girls and everytime I went a different girl would do my eyebrows. I felt that each time my brows were done differently. I can’t complain about the price but I felt the girls would rush and not take their time. My eyebrows were left ok. Mind you I always gave a good tip but after this last time I quickly decided to find a place closer to where I live.

I just moved to Pasadena and I’m looking for a threading place — and this is not it. After getting my eye brows threaded I lowest home, washed my face and found that she cut me with the thread SEVERAL places. I’ve been cut before but this is by far the worst ever. Now I have 10 little scabs on my lids. Don’t waste your time here.

I was so happy to find that Mahro’s now has an actual space in Paseo Colorado. I have been using this service for almost a year now and I have never had a problem. All of the ladies that do my eyebrows are super friendly and they actually remember me every time I come in. The prices are extremely affordable and I definitely would recommend stopping by if you have the time (I am sure they can get busy so you may have to wait).

Wow! I haven’t found a place who could shape my eye brows in such a long time… like 2 years! So I’m happy to come back and review this place because not only did the nice ladies listen to me… not too thin and
Shape them please but they delivered! And not expensive, especially in these nickel and dime conservative times… just $ 10! Two thumbs up.

I know Mahrukh (the owner) for a few years now… I was so happy when I discovered she had opened a place in Pasadena! Pasadena has a serious dearth of threading places. For me Mahro’s brows fills that void. Her technique is excellent and «chair side» manner is impeccable. I love getting threaded here and its so convenient since its in Paseo, where I can get parking validated!
She has now opened a store, near Macys, moving away from her kiosk outside. Ensuring even more privacy.
